We started a new ammo policy yesterday, so I tried to clarify what it meant exactly with a few people.
One of the managers I talked to said that it was explicitly 3 boxes total of ammunition because "if we let them buy as much as they wanted, they'd clean us out and sell it on the black market for three times the price"
All of my what.
Replace black market with panic market and he's absolutely right.
10 round .458 SOCOM magazines are 100% compatible with .30 round 5.56 magazines
In the middle of my .458 socom build right now... Main reason being because it would be fun, but I'd also have that as an excuse :v:
Just found a .22 magnum round with it's head bent about 20 degrees. quality control
After reading Nutnfancy's review of Hi-Points line of pistols, I've decided to buy a Hi-Point .45. They have an 11 round full size one at the gun store for 180 with the case and all, which is right within my budget.
Opinions/thoughts? I understand a lot of you will probably hate me saying this, but I really need a budget handgun to open carry or carry in my vehicle, because where I live, a lot of white trash will try to pick fights/rob/kill you for virtually no reason.
I figure I can just use a Hi-Point for now, and upgrade to something later. The problem is that I need something.. Like.. now. That is how much I really fear for my life.
hi points are the ugliest guns ever made but they sure are dependable

I should add that I also looked at Iraqveteran's review when they practically attempted every way to destroy it and couldn't.
Nutnfancy knows what he is doing either way. Don't try to make him seem like a retard like all of /k/.
I had a hi-point blow up in my face. Fuck those guns. Cheap ass shit fuck dammit nuggets. Never again.
I turned mine into a paperweight (or what was left of it.)
I always thought they were super dependable?
Oh and nutnfancy is the worst. I goto sturmgewher
I'll wait for cokeman2423 to make a review
Buy it once so you don't have to buy it twice. I always mention that to my customers.
You get what you pay for when it comes to firearms. Except a nugget. Those things are priceless amounts of fun for only 150ish.

The first box of Remington ammo my grandfather got for his LCP had one with the bullet inserted upside down. Still have it maybe I should take a picture.

yeah no don't buy a hipoint pistol. Pretty sure their cheapest pistol is a 100$ 9mm or .45. I'd buy one, but use it as a bludgeoning weapon before I use it as a pistol.

Mosin nagants are an illness man. I bought a 91/30, then a finnish one, then after that a polish M44, and I'm looking at a chinese Type 53 and thinking about buying a 91/30 for my brother in law
<3 mosins
Am i the only one who is tired of his nugget and barely ever shoots it now? I'm pretty sure it's because of my PSL :I
i dont own a nugget but tbh whenever my friend brings his out to go shooting, i barely touch it
i dont own a nugget but tbh whenever my friend brings his out to go shooting, i barely touch it
They're fun to shoot the first few times then its like "meh". Especially when you have a more interesting and fun gun in the same caliber..
if you get bored if your nugget, buy another. I've put 600 rounds into my first nugget and boiled most of the finish off and am not tired of it yet.
I enjoy it. Though im the only one who shoots a lot. I have my 9mm with a .22 conversion I use a ton and a nugget. Most of what my family has is shotguns they never shoot, like 4 30-06's and a bunch of guns in weird stuff like .222 or .32

i mean it kicks so much, and its just kinda boring after a while

cast pot metal frames, only buy if you can get a good deal on a used one. I'd spend just a few bucks more and get a Romanian TTC or an Arcus 98DA
[editline]26th January 2013[/editline]
or a 98 DAC if you want to be able to use the cheaper browning hi power magazines

Dunno if you guys know this but if you ever can't find .223 because of shortages or panic buyers .222 works fine in .223 guns.

Snatched up an M1 Carbine at a gun show today. Was considering dropping it into a paratrooper stock. Anyone know where I can pick up a nice one?

post pics and stuff.
I checked a few places and they were all out of stock. Try looking for one when everyone stops panic buying
So today I was thinking about it a lot, and I've come to the realization that I really want to do Cowboy shooting competitions.
Do you guys know of any cheap peashooters that I could buy for practicing? The categories are lever-action rifles, lever/pump-action shotguns, and single-action revolvers.
found one, no idea if its any good though

You can get a Henry Lever Action .22LR on the cheap. I think some places sell SA .22LR revolvers like the Heritage Rough Rider ~$150
