I think its bad. what they need to do us put a stop on the sale of babykilling 7.62 and 5.56, and restrict sales of the copkiller variants.
I agree... but would suggest going a step further and placing bans on all Copkiller/babykiller variants over .22lr (Including the Copkilling variants of that caliber). Also ban clips. And all heatseeking (Read: Baby/cop/defenseless puppy seeking) bullets.
hi capacity clips
Wrong.

This vid is older than dirt but appropriate. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRQqieimwLQ&list=FLwOshfiBWpTwkuy7XvGF-4A&index=297&feature=plpp_video
All evil babykilling assault rifles should be pinned to single shot capacity and be drilled and rewelded so you can't shoot full power puppy-seeking assault ammo.
seriously though
there won't be another AWB
people have tried, it always got shot down in congress. even they know that it did nothing
Lets be honest, sure Obama said he supports one, but Romney Enacted one in Mass... so either way it's bend over and break out the KY.
Hey guys, what are your opinions on the assault weapon ban coming up?
I think its a really good idea
no matter what they go after it's not going to be the right thing

setting up a localized law in a state is probably a lot easier than setting up a federal law across an entire country of 50 states. Another AWB won't pass.

I think reducing the amount of evil is a good thing
I think reducing the amount of evil is a good thing
are we still being sarcastic or???

I agree with you, all I'm saying is that he has shown that if the stars line up he'd be down with it.
Winchester white box is filthy shit. This is after 100rds.

What'd they do, cut it with BP?
part of me wants to get an old STAR or some other 1911 knockoff and never clean it
then put tape on the grip and market it as art huehuehuuehue
Even the rifling in the barrel is gray. Jesus.

I put some white box through my Carbine once, the carbon fouling after 30 rounds was so bad it was causing FTF
I had two FTFs with it today. First time it didn't chamber all the way, second time it flipped around and ended nose down sticking out the top of the chamber. That is probably mag-related, though.
Is it true that there has only been one crime committed with a registered machine gun since the act was passed in '32?
I thought I'd ask you guys here, not quite sure where to ask this.
2 crimes. One was a police officer using a MAC-10 to kill an informant.
Hey do any of you guys know where I can find a CAD assembly of a rifle? Preferably an AR-15 but any rifle would work. Most of the ones I find either don't have the internals modeled, or only include cad files of the parts that you would machine, without all of the springs and pins. I'm trying to find one that has everything so I can look inside and learn how the internals work.
I'm hoping that if I have a good grasp of it and some free time I might design my own gun, and after that, I just gotta get enough money for raw metal so I can machine it at my schools machine shop. Anyways, if you guys have any Idea where to find some CAD files, help would be appreciated.
machining a gun at school, what could go wrong????

I don't see the problem, in my class we all worked with guns, then again, it was gunsmith class :v:

well that makes a huge difference
Alright, running my first batch of brass through the sonic cleaner...lets see how it comes out after 24 minutes of cleaning...
Since it's that week and I'm going to have the extra cash to purchase something, should I get a new rifle, reloading bench stuff or something else?
Try to keep it under $800. (Not this fucking number again)
you should~
buy an sks and whitewash it, then ghetto case-harden it with a torch and some oil
then get a custom and really pretty stock for it then resell it for much more than you bought it for
I think I'm gonna try for journeyman status this summer.
Yeah, that sounds good. I just have to find a Community College with a gunsmithing program :v:

Buy two SKSes, TAPCO one and remove the finish on the other?
I was either going to buy an M14 similar to this, but I have no clue what the exact parts are of the grip, sights and etc is on it since I've been considering a tacticool rifle and a 5.56x56/.223 Rem rifle.

Or something else. Maybe a reloading bench for my Saiga?
