Is it bad that I want to buy an airsoft GP-30 grenade launcher and bolt it to my AK?

Only if you convert it to a golfball launcher.
Alright, so here's the plan:
I live at a University right now, and obviously guns are illegal on campus. That being said, I still really want to purchase that SKS, but I have nowhere to store it. I'm going down back home in a couple of weeks for Thanksgiving, so what I'm going to do is purchase a hard case and a padlock from Wall-E Mart, buy the SKS, throw it in the case, lock that shit up tight (including a trigger/snake lock), and then toss that shit in the back of my car and throw a blanket or something over it until I go down home.
We received an email last year after that big state debate about guns on campus from President Crow (University President) about how we're allowed to keep guns in our cars, so I suppose I'm covered, right? Especially if I have it locked down so tightly without ammunition.
Finally got to shoot my Glock for the first time today.
Altogether pumped about 35 rounds through it, I'm shite when it comes to accuracy but damn is it fun to shoot.
It did jam a few times though, I'm probably just using shitty ammo(Blazer Brass) or I'm holding it wrong.

Think about it, when are cops ever gonna check your trunk? My trunk guns been happy since August in my trunk.
Oh and my friend went home this weekend and is bringing back our guns! Or at least my SKS.

Also, how expensive are FN FNC's?

England, do you know what the hell you're talking about. Getting shot with 22 short is like stepping on a nail (given you're close enough).

I talked to a guy the other day that was shot with a .22 and went on for several weeks without even knowing it. He didn't find out until he went to the doctor for a fever, and the doctor noticed the bullet wound and later found that the round was still in him.
Also, If a .22 short fired off without you know, anything to contain the pressure, it would be kinda like a firecracker. That's really it though. Honestly the fact it's lead is probably more dangerous.

Of course, any bullet can kill, but really that's just silly.
i like how in britian you can make an entire news article for finding a bullet
"How can you feel safe when you are finding things like this on the street?"
could understand if you found an active 105 sitting on the sidewalk, but a .22 short? lol
guys what is the firearm equivalent to slapping someone with a salmon
guys what is the firearm equivalent to slapping someone with a salmon
Chauchat
Here's what I think:
A .22 is only lethal if you either manage to nail a guy right in his heart, get lucky and hit an artery, most likely in his neck, or get a headshot, and then sometimes the skull will slow the bullet enough. And you have to do this at less than 50 yards, any more and wind/bullet drop will make you unable to hit anything.
Just saying, I can do that.

well that's the case with any bullet, the difference is most bullets leave bigger wound channels
nobody dies from bleeding out if you don't hit the vitals, that just doesn't happen unless he just never goes and gets the wound treated
Hell, President Reagan was hit with a .22 and didn't notice he was shot.

That is such a massive overreaction for a .22

Blunderbuss.
I remember seeing an interesting video on bizarre shotgun loads. Should've requested they did one with sliced salmon. :v:

Yeah if you check the ASU website's police section about weapons it goes over the legality of storing firearms in your car on campus. It's perfectly legal as long as it's locked and not in plain view.
"any firearm that is lawfully stored and locked in a personally owned motor vehicle or compartment of a motorcycle and not visible from outside the motor vehicle or motorcycle pursuant to the provisions of ARS § 12–781" the exception on the asu site.
I remember checking this to see what knives I could have on campus, sadly my AK bayonet is a no go as the "blade" is about 5 and 3/4 inches long...
You're in vista if I remember right, right?
Blunderbuss.
There's stories of entire ranks of marine troops being turned to pulp from a fully loaded blunderbuss.

I dunno how long I'd want to keep my SKS in my car though, as long as it's relatively short term it should be fine. Never know what might happen to your car on campus.
What's so bad about vista?

Bigger bullets also cause more shock trauma and have a bigger concussion wave. If you get hit in the chest with a 50 BMG it will liquify everything above your knees. A 30-06 will crack your ribs if you get hit in the shoulder with it. 7.62 NATO rounds burst arteries by passing too close to them. a .22 does none of that. You have to directly hit the organ/artery to get the kill.
Anyone watch the walking dead tonight? None of the AR's had rear sights on them...
Walking Dead is hugely overrated.

It's still pretty good though.
It's still pretty good though.
I haven't watched the new episodes, they're on my DVR waiting, but I found season 2 to be very boring. Season 1 was alright. I have read a good chunk of the comics and enjoyed those.
It is overrated, but it seems to be getting better, especially after tonight's episode.
Zombies man, zombies.
