They banned .32 and .25 pistols, this Skorpion is considered a short-barrelled rifle, and thus is legal, but subject to a 5 round mag limit. Fucking ninja.
your reign of canadian firearms knowledge is coming to an end, DaCommie1 do not bide your time for you have little of it
hey you know where the .32 isnt illegal US of murica my friends got a skorpion its pretty neat
yeah well we get cheap surplus guns and stuff ha ha ha so what if we dont have automatic guns when at least we can afford a gun !!

Naw, y'all mothafuckas ain't got shit on me.
Does anyone have any info on this monster of a gun http://www.tacticalimports.ca/uts15-p-86.html it's a very funky 12ga shotgun which seems almost as bulky as an OICW

Tac. Imports had a counter at the last Sportsman's Show, it's likely they'll have one this year too, they'll probably have one on display. Best thing would be to head to their booth this year and fondle it yourself.
or if when you've expended one tube if it automatically loads from the other, or if you have to select the tube to feed from
iirc it switches between tubes for every shot but can be selected to fire from one or the other [editline]mhm[/editline] Yeah says it right there on Tac Imports page
The selector switch can be set to left, right, or alternating.

Damn, February 7-13. I'll see you there because I'll sure as hell be going!
I need to actually remember to, I forgot last year. Tac. Imports almost wasn't going to be there last year, the organizers weren't going to let them bring restricteds at first. They told Gunnutz, and they embarked on a massive letter-writing campaign, the decision was changed within a day after a mass boycott of the show was threatened.
Where is this Sportsman's Show?
Where is this Sportsman's Show?
Toronto Ontario CANADA specifically at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place
Anyone got some info on carrying a rifle whether it be open or concealed? Supposedly, you carry a rifle in a manner not calculated to cause harm. What constitutes a manner not calculated to cause harm? Is rifle slung over the shoulder fine? If I were to carry a rifle in a shoulder bag, would I need a conceal carry license since the rifle is technically speaking, concealed? Or is ccl only for handguns?
Toronto Ontario CANADA specifically at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place
What! fuck wish I could go but I doubt I'd have a way to get there. Oh well, they do it yearly right?
What! fuck wish I could go but I doubt I'd have a way to get there. Oh well, they do it yearly right?
Yep. Thank God they let them back in the Direct Energy Centre, a lot better of a location, the ban on selling/displaying/whatevering guns on city property was dumb anyways, and that forced them to the Metro Convention Centre. Adam Vaughan was, of course, vocally against it for whatever dumbass reason. I hope he does/says something stupid enough at one point to get him sued.
So I was watching some youtube videos on the North American Arms .22 short revolver. I guess they market that thing as lethal. What do you guys think?
So I was watching some youtube videos on the North American Arms .22 short revolver. I guess they market that thing as lethal. What do you guys think?
Any gun can be lethal, I guess :v: I'd much rather be shot by .22 short than anything else, but hey!
I'd rather not get shot, full stop.
Any gun can be lethal, I guess :v: I'd much rather be shot by .22 short than anything else, but hey!
I'd rather be shot by a .22 ratshot At 3-5 meters, it has trouble penetrating paper targets :v:
Any gun can be lethal, I guess :v: I'd much rather be shot by .22 short than anything else, but hey!
depends on the range. up close I'd personally suggest .17 HMR if you've absolutely got to get shot. it'll go in and out cleanly and just some stitches and you'll be good as new. .22 short is what I'd want to take at 50 meters or more. it'll have slowed down enough that it doesn't penetrate to a point where it does any real damage. I suppose if I were wearing a heavy jacket .22 short is what I'd take at any range of course that's just out of common calibers (and I'm using the word common rather loosely) if I had to take any bullet including uncommon calibers, it would be either 2mm Pinfire or 2.7x9mm Kolibri at range, or 13mm Gyrojet up close
Those are some really interesting calibers :v: Getting hit up close by a Gyrojet round would be hilarious, it'd just sorta thump up against you and then go flying in a different direction
that's sort of the point with why I chose Gyrojet. It's a pretty goofy round
that's sort of the point with why I chose Gyrojet. It's a pretty goofy round
The concept is fairly sound, but in practice the acceleration isn't great enough to achieve the velocity necessary for adequate penetration.
If I was going to get shot, I'd choose a paintball. In Australia they're real guns :downs:
If I was going to get shot, I'd choose a paintball. In Australia they're real guns :downs:
If we're going by Australian laws I'd chose a springer airsoft pistol You pull a trigger, little thing goes flying, therefore it's a babykilling copshooter
If I was going to get shot, I'd choose a paintball. In Australia they're real guns :downs:
Nah, go for a modified air-powered Nerf gun. Those are legally firearms too, and easier to get!
Good ol' 'Stralian laws.
australia sucks, big ass spiders with no guns to kill them with.
I remember when I was a kid Australia was this amazing place populated entirely by crocodile Dundee and Steve Erwin, I was under the impression that it was the manliest country in the world with free flowing fosters and shotguns and Akubra's for everyone. It would seem unfortunately Home and away and neighbours are more the reality, a PC nanny state. Much like my own country, everybody assumes loads of drink, open fields populated by Colm Meany in a Lepracaun suit and limitless freedom to do what you want, the only true thing is the drink, our firearm laws are just a shit as Australia's, only our history with the troubles is the main reason for it rather than some lunatic massacring people.
