i remember in 8th grade we had archery as part of our gym time sometimes and we'd get 3 arrows per round and we'd just put all 3 into our bows and trying and shoot them into the forest
our teacher was so pissed

We never had Archery in school ever even though they promised it to us in High School.
As for Archery equipment, I have a longbow passed down the family for the past three generations and last winter I got a 65lb Compound.
We never had archery in school because "God forbid you give the children something they could hurt themselves with, or expose them to such a violent sport that they could hurt others with!"
Fucking TDSB and it's disgusting bureaucratic liberalism.
eh i never really liked archery
unrelated but i kind of dont really hate fpsrussia anymore. some of the shit he does is kinda dumb but i was reading about him and idk he seems like a cool guy and his videos are always entertaining to watch

His fan base is more annoying than he is, and if he didn't use that silly fake russian accent it wouldn't be so bad.
is .40 a useless round
GO
I like .40 S&W.
I feel like it's a nice compromise between 9mm and .45 ACP, but I'm not big on the whole WHICH BOOLAT IS BEST argument.

Cost and recoil of a .45, and stopping power (I hate saying that, but can't think of another word to really describe it) of 9mm. The only advantage to .40 is that it's such a shit round, it and .380 will be the only calibers left in stock next week.
Yes, it provides little to no major benefit over 9mm and just costs more, and also often doesn't get sold in bulk. This is of course from the stance that you can't use it for self defence because my country doesn't allow that, and even if it did I'd still take 9mm over .40 S&W. If I wanted more "power," I'd carry a .45 or a .357.

coming from someone who carries a .40, yes
[editline]30th October 2012[/editline]
.40 hollow points are nothing to fuck with though, fmj or jsp or jfp I'd take 9x19 any day of the week but when it comes to hollow points .40 S&W comes out on top every time

Please explain to me the legality in using my weapon to defend myself from the range of burglary to a guy coming into my home with a machine gun and shooting things.
im just trying to understand (i dont have a lot of pistol experience) lets just say for fun .45 vs .40, .45 is better?
ive shot my friends dads springfield 1911 .45 and that thing was a ton of fun. also a glock something in 9mm. but my friend just hates .40 and makes a lot of good points about it so its safe to say ill probably never get something in .40

if you handload .40 can be spectacular. getting it near 10mm velocities is pretty easy and safe in nearly any gun

Shoot him in the face first, then shoot him in the leg, then shoot the ceiling. When the police ask, you shot the ceiling as a warning, then shot him in the leg, and when he kept coming, you shot him in the head.
Okay so i'm 6'6 or 6'7 right now, can someone suggest a good carry weapon? i had a small 32. but i stopped using it since my hand is now bigger than the pistol it self.

at 6'7" you'd probably be comfortable concealing a desert eagle, but I'm going to take the sensible route and suggest a Glock 32
Please explain to me the legality in using my weapon to defend myself from the range of burglary to a guy coming into my home with a machine gun and shooting things.
Burglary: It's up to the judge, but you'll be charged and have to prove that you didn't do anything wrong by shooting him, and they'll probably appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court to try and run you out of money, and keep offering you a plea bargain that'll involve a lifetime firearms prohibition. Look up Ian Thompson, he defended his house from firebombers, and they're charging him with unsafe storage, just because they want to get a conviction. It's disgusting.
If someone busts into your house with a machine gun blastin' on fools, then any cop who'd charge you for that is fucking retarded, but given Toronto, I wouldn't be surprised if they do anyways. Hopefully the crown prosecutor would throw out the case as having no chance of a conviction, but again given the activist lawyers and judges here in Ontario who are against gun ownership you'll probably go to court, where they'll drop all other charges except unsafe storage and/or misuse of a firearm, which you'll have to fight against, and even if you win the CFO will probably confiscate your license/gun for "not using the firearm for its intended use given on purchase," which of course was target shooting in the case of a pistol, because that's the only reason to have a pistol here.
Basically, you're fucked if you do, you're fucked if you don't. It's such a huge crock of bullshit.

Is it a decent size and weight?

browning hi power, if you want something that goes bang a little bit louder, grab a 1911 from one of the trillion companies that make them.
Is it a decent size and weight?
it's a compact glock. I've never bothered actually busting out a ruler or anything but I'd guess 7.5 inches long, 5.5 inches tall, and a bit over an inch wide. It weighs a bit over 9 ounces fully loaded
I rather like the Colt New Agent.
I'll look into the browning hi power, i already have a 1911. What should i be carrying a revolver or a semi auto? that's what i was wondering the most
But then again I'm 5'10" 135lbs. so I don't have much room to hide anything bigger.

I'd take the semi for larger capacity. Striker fired for maximum reliability and safety

I remember hearing he learned the accent at a former job, he apparently worked at a car dealership run by Russians, ad picked the accent up off of them.
Who knows. It's just for youtube publicity though. He's a pretty cool guy, and pretty damn country to be honest.
