What OVB said, or it's covered off because people kept trying to get into the well. plus the rocks on that shed look old, really old, so it's probably been there for quite a while, the local authorities there probably put the door up there after some kid was hiding in there, or a kid hurt himself in there.

We're not saying that. We're just saying that all those fortifications being there just to secure a well is unreal. It's historic after all.
