To everyone telling to use AdBlock, it won't work properly. It will just remove the images, but leave the script running in the background, which still consumes CPU (10-15% for me) Using one of the userscripts should block the script as well.

Since yesterday evening its not on my android anymore.
I don't know what was wrong with people when the old snow was up. I can think of several other sites doing almost the exact same thing and none of them have given me any trouble.
cannot browse on iphone because of this any solution?
Don't bump a fucking one year thread maybe?
I found a great way to remove snowflakes.
Why would you want to get rid of this amazing creation?
People are dicks.
Am I the only one who really likes the snowflakes? They make me feel peaceful.

I love the snowflakes, but unfortunately they slow my browsing down. I can't view embedded videos on here or else they just lag. Though, to fix that I just click on the link and view it on youtube/source site. Other than that, it's great.
Is there any way to get rid of the snowflakes on an iPod touch 4 without turning off java? I can't click spoiler tags, or rate without being returned to the main page. It's not incredibly annoying that I can't do either of those, but rather inconvenient.
is it just me or is there a lot more snowflakes on this thread
Garry probably has a control room in his house with fake snow blowing around and he increases/decreases the amount of snow at random while he browses Facepunch. Assuming he's obsessed with snow.
How can I disable the snowflakes? Both in Chrome and on Android's web-browser. They lag my browser a bit in chrome and it can be pretty annoying. On my android phone I can't even do anything. Can't scroll, click on links, etc.
I need help on my end, too. Remove these snowflakes, please.

It looks good on my desktop, but on my GSII I can't browse FP at all. What good is a 4G connection if I can't visit my favorite forum? :(
