Only place I know of is the black market. Buddy of mine has a connect or two that sold him everything from fresh, sterilized needles to a Glock.

In all seriousness, asking a diabetic is the easiest way. Some countries/states have clean syringe banks but you probably have to prove you're addicted to Heroin first.
Anyway, I think I speak for everybody else here when I say I'm not going to give advice if you won't tell us why you need the syringe. If you can't trust us, why should we trust you? Syringes are baaaad news. IV and IM are baaad news. Just don't do it. I can't imagine what else you want to do with it. Perhaps you stick it up your dick for pleasure?

Talk about some prepared junkies. Obviously the needle is used for shooting, the alcohol wipes for sterilization of the injection site, and citric acid is cooked with some types of (mainly european) heroin, to make it better for injection.

IM is okay for some chemicals, but it doesn't work for many. If you IM Heroin you get abscesses.

Ill cut yall in on a secret then since noone seems to know this. You can get all kinds of different sized needles at farm supply stores, and although theyre marked for veterinarian use only, theyre sterile and packed in individual plastic. Ive got a 1ml and a 3ml, for measuring liquids.

I thought people already knew that farm supply stores sell them. You need a license for them in the UK though. I live on a farm, and my dad gets them all the time, as he needs to pump all different kinds of drugs into newborn calves and lambs... You have to prove that you are a farm owner and have animals that are in need of the drugs before you can get the syringes
