That argument would be valid if what she was using was actually penicillin. She uses Pulmicort and Prednisolone.
If a happy, short death was wanted, she would've aborted at 19 weeks.
Abortion is optional. Both drugs can be bought at a pharmacist and there must be tons coming from where she lives.
I don't see the argument because some guy suffering that needs those drugs at the same time they enter the store are highly unlikely chances.
Dude, both of those are fairly common and are reasonable priced for the amount that would be used (unless you decide to get it without a prescription...)

I've had her on Prednisolone for quite a while but that drug lowers the immune system and has other side effects... Anyway, I was told that Pulmicort is quite expensive, and Faith doesn't have any drug coverage.
She also uses Ventolin, which is one of the things she received for free.
besides, where the fuck did anyone get the idea that she was getting that stuff for free? for all you know her church or some foundation is paying for it
Read her fucking blog.
Read her fucking blog.
I stand corrected.

As for Ventolin it costs $37 for a 200 adult dose inhaler, which would be much too powerful for the child. In pill form it's $0.32 per pill at 100mg.
None of these drugs are incredibly high priced or uncommon and hard to get...

I'm not seeing how the price is relevant.
It's medicine. It is being given (and really, if you know anything about how medication seems to slip out of medical facilities, it's stolen) to someone who doesn't need it.
I don't care if it only costs a nickel, that's a nickel you could be saving a person that's actually alive.

Well considering that it is easily available to anyone who can afford to get it I don't see a problem with that. If they couldn't afford to get it they would just die anyway. I don't believe what she is receiving is stolen, and that is that.
Besides, although she may be getting it for free someone somewhere is paying for it because they decided to. If you think that someone is more deserving than her than shell out your own money and pay for someone you think is deserving of it.
Added to all of this if you can prove that someone within a developed country who can afford the treatment is going to die or face more serious complications from this I would agree with what you have to say. The fact of the matter is however is that this is not the case. That poor man in Africa doesn't count because he's not getting the meds due to politics, not some brain dead child.

Cars are easily available to several people.
Why can't someone steal me one so I can drive it into a lake?

Who cares what you believe? Nurses don't have the right to "give away" excess meds. That's not how any facility in the U.S. works.

If you ask someone I'm sure you could considering all of the different types of people in America....
Same applies for meds or anything else for that matter.
Who cares what you believe? Nurses don't have the right to "give away" excess meds. That's not how any facility in the U.S. works.
If I've learned anything from life I've learned that almost nothing is done exactly by the text book. Just because you don't have the right to do something doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I can guarantee you that in EVERY public and government structure there is some form of corruption or things which could be described as "not compliant with the rules"

So what you say is automatically fact? From what I understand someone had no need for the medicine anymore so they returned it to the facility, the medicine was paid for already and instead of letting it go to waste it was given to the mother in need.
"My baby was born without a brain! Praise the lord!"
wat

Very nice comparison.

This.
You can hate her for torturing (keping it alive) the baby though.
Could you explain to me how you consider keeping the baby alive torture? Also, the baby can't feel pain, is deaf, and blind, so I am not sure that she can be tortured.
It is basically alive to make the mom feel better, which is kind of weird, but okay.
If it was you're baby, you'd probably want to keep it.
I would keep it. I mean, it's still a baby. Most people keep babies with only 1 arm, or no legs.
If you can keep a baby with no legs, you can certainly keep a baby with no brain.
It may not survive, but, she's not giving up hope.
No thats cruel. You don't get it.
E.T. phone home!
God damn stop quoting that.
I am guessing the baby visited the Carl Wash?

They should give her some metal half-dome to go over it's head and it screws on and off.

Didn't Joe Dirt have something like that too?
I feel bad for that child. I support the mother's decision, but it is going to die. Good thing it technically doesn't have a conscious so it won't really suffer...
I hope. I hope it dies peacefully and painlessly.

Hahaha, Joe Dirt. Oh man, I almost forgot about that movie.
