The M15 is a Squad-automatic-weapon variant of the M14 <- Fact. Hopefully this thread won't be reduced to COD4 kiddies babbling on, insisting the DEAGLE brand DEAGLE is "teh ultimate pwn cannon" or that the AK never jams.
Dude, when I went to the gun store in vegas, the AK jammed every single damned mag.
Dude, when I went to the gun store in vegas, the AK jammed every single damned mag.
Yeah the design has to be flawed.
Yeah the design has to be flawed.
It probably was the gun itself, not the design of the ENTIRE AK series. Though it disproves that AKs are unjammable though. Excessive shooting will overheat the bloody thing.
This is GAU-8. when mr. g flings bullets people go :byodood: and have sadness in heart and eventually die cuz 30mm boolet is var vary large.
I hear they sometimes mount a plane on that thing so that its mobility is increased 20-fold, so it can more easily blow up things we don't like.
Can't you see that it has wheels? You just fire it and the recoil will move it at 60mph.
It could have some kind of grounding system though.
Did you just reply to his post as if it were serious? Really? Holy fuck mang.
:D
guns make me wanna work in a pawn-shop
It could have some kind of grounding system though.
Reminds me of the Siege Tank from StarCraft
guns make me wanna work in a pawn-shop
So you can fiddle all the saturday night specials you want?
The Browning .50 M2HB uses the same ammunition, so it alone doesn't use the biggest round. I would love to see someone try that. The gun weighs over 50 pounds. Of course, the gun does have enough power, but trying to do that while firing from the hip would be very hard. I doubt that. Source? Woah now. That's thicker than the width of my house. Source again, plz? That's more like a grenade lethal radius. More like it would INJURE anyone in a 20 m radius.
Haha, you're kidding right?
Hey guys. I was over at another one of my various local gun stores, and found this really nice SKS for sale. It was a Tula made 1950 Russian SKS with a laminated stock and a big shiny bayonet. It was selling for $299, but there was a Christmas sale going on so it was going out for a whopping $270. I can't make up my mind about it.
Get a picture of it.
Nah, I'm not going to go wandering back there with a camera in hand to take pictures of it. I can describe it as best as I can. It's a basic SKS, with a dark colored horizontal laminated stock. It has a mounted gleaming bayonet slipped under the barrel. All the metal is painted nice and black, minus the aforementioned bayonet, which is chrome, (looking) and the sights, which are a lighter grey. It has a green sling attached to it. The action is smooth. There is the Tula marking on that receiver cover, with the date 1950 on it. The sights have some Cyrillic characters dotted on them.
Check if the serials are all matching. If they are, then it is a good purchase.
Aw yeah, forgot to do that. I'll try and head back there sometime this weekend.
Buying ammo is fucking expensive these days. Only good deals you can get is at gun shows.
Though it disproves that AKs are unjammable though. Excessive shooting will overheat the bloody thing.
I don't see how there should've been anything to disprove in the first place. It has moving parts. That alone, makes it possible for it to malfunction.
I don't see how there should've been anything to disprove in the first place. It has moving parts. That alone, makes it possible for it to malfunction.
Some people truly believe that the AK will NEVER jam.
Some people truly believe that the AK will NEVER jam.
well if it's never fired it will never jam :damn:
Meh.. Guns are cheats. Seriously. A fistful of a punch can kill people. (Fistful, see the pun? Heh-heh) Anyway.. warfare without guns!
You may be right actually, I remember something about a 20mm Japanese AT rifle in the 2WW, it was a complete failure and they ended up sticking a carriage on it. Theres that modern one anyway, And I'm also fairly sure of a 15mm German MG for aircraft. I'm still sure the 14.5 Soviet has twice the power of the .50.
Fairly plausible, 14.5x114mm as opposed to 12.7x99mm, though I don't think it would be double.
XD is a real gun smartass.
I find it really unlikely that anyone in Facepunch's population (read: dorks/preteens) has even seen, let alone fired a gun before. incoming claims of superiority
