Like, when I lived in Germany, they all fell into water beds like on that video in the shopping mall.
Oh, and I Found out I like "Kinder-Eggs" (what I used to call them).
Sexy skylines, but I fucking busted a nut laughing at the rims on that purple thing.
omg all americans are so generalizing :C
Was that meant to be a pot-kettle-black statement, or is the irony of your statement unintended?
I thought I was being obvious enough
so theres this guy with a white supra but i dont hate him because although his exhaust could be used as an oversized cookie cutter, its not loud as shit :buddy:

I want the old Isuzu.
Mashed my Mazda in horrid accident so it's time to go job and car hunting.

Assuming you guys are great at it, what's a good import that is RWD and has a great after market selection? I'm still at my first pick for a Nissan S13. I'm going to be doing work soon which requires me to frequently race to different cities so I need a fun car. Nothing too fancy since I'm going to be working for it. Suggestions? :)
oh shit i noticed im in the jap car thread, nevermind

Nissan 240SX S13, S14
Nissan 200SX S12, S11
Toyota Celica pre-1986
Toyota Supra MKII, MKIII
Toyota Corolla E70 (3TC Hemi engines are the bomb, dude)
Toyota Corolla GTS/AE86
Nissan 300ZX (Shit engine, swap to SR20)
Toyota Cressida (Supra motor in a sedan? Sign me the fuck up)
Mitsubishi Starion/Dodge Conquest
Mazda GLC (Rotary swap, or the I4 is totally fine. Cool car)
Mazda RX7 in any form
1st-3rd gen Dodge Colt (Poor engine selection but with work 4G63T compatible)
There are a lot of cool choices to go with. Some are harder to find but more rewarding, the Nissan S platform is the easiest to get things for but also the hardest to keep running, they aren't as reliable as some others. If you want something nice and respectable, get an E70 corolla. They're cheap as dirt right now and pretty sweet, and even though they have a carb'd 3TC (Hemi, 1.8l) they can easily have tons of pep by simply adding a hot coil, plugs, and header. Plus, the 5-speed variant used a Borg Warner T5 gearbox, not the world class IIRC but still, very fun gearbox. Get an E70, slap on a header, some nice wheels/tires, and weld the diff or get a Supra LSD under her and she's a doriftu box for sure.
If you don't want to be as subtle, I'd say MKIII Supra or an RX7. Two very practical jap boxes with plenty of stock power from the get-go. Definately go for turbo supra, though it's debatably worth it on the RX-7. Turbo wankell engines are ticking time bombs under someone with a lead foot, stick to the Toyota.
Just my $0.02. If you're looking for a fun, but dependable, RWD import, with a lot of aftermarket support... I'd go with an older Toyota. You can beat them to hell and back and they last a good long time.
If you don't like boxes, Nissan 240SX would be better for you, the S13 or S14. But keep in mind those things are hard to find with no problems, and the stock KA doesn't hold up for shit.
This ain't my own account, why do you think I would be registered on FacePunch?
I'm posting through the account of my friend and photographer (Hans Lehtien)'s sons account.
well ACTUALLY...
Now I had to register to facepunch, just to discover photos of my car used by someone claiming to be me. Seriously uncool.
The reason why my Nismo 400R has been standing in that driveway is true that I gave the car to my photographer friend Hans Lehtinen for shooting nice magazine photos of it.
Couldn't even imagine something like this would occure though...

After taking a ride home from school in my friend's 1986 300ZX, I had a love for Japanese sports cars.
It also handles like a dream from what I could tell in the passenger seat.
I am japanese racecar.
I've got a first generation camry, it's not a sporty car by any means, but it's plucky, fun, comfortable, and spunky.

The GT86 looks to be a fantastic car from Japan.
Hell yeah, Japanese. My first car was an automatic V6 Mustang. After finding that to be slow as hell and pretty much impossible to drive in the rain, it's been the Mitsubishi and now the Subaru. Never looked back.
