He has friends... You should read more...
Anyway, take up a sport or get more involved at your school or something
Take up a sport your interested in, it's golf for me.
Look at something really terrible on the Internet. I suggest going to 4chan and clicking on one of the ads. That will really stop you from using your computer. Also try building one instead of using one, it really is alot of fun and you get the feeling that you've accomplished something.
Learn Parkour, it's the art of moving efficiently and creatively through your environment.
You can do it pretty much anywhere and all you need is your legs and you're good to go.
Is incredibly fun and worthwhile, I've been doing it for a year now, training almost everyday and I really cant get enough.
Better to learn with a friend though, more fun and less likely to get boring.
You don't necessarily have to break your addiction with your computer. Instead of playing games or just surfing, why not learn a useful skill like Photoshop, Programming, HTML or a lot of other things available.
[QUOTE=ducky5;18148922]Read a book. It's like tv in your head... May I Suggest

Hang out with friends. Even if it's using a computer, your best thing to do is hang out with your friends as much as possible.
However, stay away from relationships. At your age, it's pretty foolish and can cause unneeded stress as it's highly unlikely for it to last too long. Though it seems you are a pretty bright kid and already know that.
But really, do whatever you can with your friends because it's way better than doing things by yourself. And when I say this, I do not mean something over the internet. Make sure you spend time in person.
Make freinds and hang out with them
+1 useful advice
[QUOTE=Juggernog;18147051]I would, and I'd love to be able to draw like some of the people in the Creationism Corner, however, from an early age, I've had problem with arty things (computerised art is easy, but actual hand-drawn is really hard). Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't think that's the right thing for me

I too have a computer addiction, It does affect me negatively, like my sleeping habits, my school work, and other things. I set a timer on my computer to turn it off when im on too late. It's helped me so much, doing better in school, my eyes feel better, and my sleeps good. I do feel like im missing out on things when im not on the computer but still im doing good.

I would feel like a ninja doing this. wait, I do already. Im not good enough at it were people are impressed yet, they just think i'm jumping around on everything and being stupid, like a little kid after he sees the Spiderman movie.
I normally write stories, read or just watch a few films...
Listen to Radiohead, and take up guitar or piano.
Ride a bike
