Great, a bunch of pompous, self-entitled fucks who are already reaping their rewards for practically doing nothing decide they're going to ma- no, wait, they're paying somebody else to make a game for them. Like these shits need more money. They just happened to be one of the first to jump on the bandwagon of Minecraft Videos and made lodsemone from it. Honestly, I used to quite like the Shadow of Israphel series, mostly for it's story and beautiful locals, but even they weighed it down with their awful, unfunny commentary. I hope this project never gets to 250,000. Actually, I hope it does, because then they may finally lose their following when they rip-off their fans.

I love these guys (when they're not doing Minecraft), but I still don't understand why they're doing this.

Its almost scamlike how little effort goes into these videos and how many views they get. I'd compare them to 'internet critics' like thatguywiththeglasses who just go through movies scene by scene yelling at the camera with their wacky ~characters. I feel sorry for content producers like redlettermedia who actually put effort into their shit.

All it takes most of the time is one person to have that opinion, and then everybody will hop on too. That being said, this game feels like a terrible idea; I do like the yogscast though. Not only is the game bad, they are also Lets plays are inherently 99% bad and hard to do right, granted, but watching stuff obviously designed to pander to their fanbase (all under 12) is just grating and not redeemable in any way The only possible good use their videos have is maybe as background noise

Look I'll admit it, I like the Yogscast. I'm 19 years old, don't have autism(that I know of), graduated from high school, etc. Lewis and Simon are just a couple of unique Let's Players in my eyes. It's relaxing to watch them while chowing down on some food and/or taking a break. They get the atmosphere just right in their videos, whether it's intentional or not(although, let's be serious, they've been doing this for YEARS and still don't seem to hate each other). I don't understand where all the hate comes from on Facepunch, where a lot of people LOVE 'Let's Play'. And sure they've got a lot of children followers, but really what big youtuber doesn't? THAT BEING SAID: I did think this was pretty stupid.
