Even daily therapeutic doses of paracetamol are very harmful to the liver. Sure, a one time dose of 5grams won't kill you but it'll seriously fuck with you if you do it once a week.

Unfortunately I've done 4g+ doses more than once. Its not very often but once in a while I get a bunch of percocet or vicodin and end up popping like 10 at a time. Ive taken up to 6g in darvocet.
THIS IS BY NO MEANS CONDONING HIGH DOSE USAGE OF ACETAMINOPHEN/PARACETAMOL. I PROBABLY HAVE LIVER CANCER OR SOMETHING SO DONT DO IT.

You're probably fine. It's doses like 20grams that cause irreversible damage. Still, it's hugely inadvisable.
The thing with the liver is that it copes really well up until a certain point. Symptoms rarely come up until enough damage has been done, then it all goes to shit suddenly . I'd always do a CWE, unless there's only a tiny bit of apap
Yeah, a CWE is so easy to do that it's pointless not doing it unless there really is a small amount of APAP.
