I didn't do my commentary videos just to be mean. Or else they would have been 30 minute straight of mockery. I wouldn't have stuck around after the end trying to give pointers, had it been the case. I think it's easy to laugh at someone for doing this (and honestly, I can't really blame you for it), but if you never actually take the time to try and at least attempt to help out the guy after you're done wiping the tears off your face, you're just going to end up with another Sonichu.

Secrios is a talented guy. He's dedicated time into putting this thing together... but it's made up of what HE thinks is good. What HE likes. It just so happens it's a cringey mess of memes, fetishes, bad jokes, hideous self insertion and so forth.
I imagine if you told him to make something that's actually serious, he wouldn't actually dedicate time into making it like he did this video. Plus, I guess he has a pretty notable viewerbase that he caters to that enjoys his awkward sense of humor.

Where did Dusty voice the obese femscout in the video? Besides for the shoehorned insertion of the obese femscout somewhere in the 4-ish minute mark I don't see the obese femscout again.
I think Dusty literally only did 1 line in the entire video, during the scene with the Kill la Kill music.

Secrios (Blu Spy with hat, specs) is a different character from Blu Spy (plain Blu spy in the other series - not Secrios' Original Character) and Secrios says in his YouTube description that this takes place during Episode 4 (aka the one that we all saw before).
As a self professed expert in the mythology and canon of the epic Blu Spy saga, I feel it is vital to educate lesser educated people such as yourself with the finer details.

To add to that someone told me that he called me a knob in a skype chat last week before this whole thing blew up, I called him out on talking about folks behind their backs rather than to their faces. I was going to quote his comment to me but apparantly he's decided to censor me instead, but basically it went something like
