Last movie i watched that i HAVEN'T already seen was District 9.
I just saw "I'm Here". Short film by Spike Jonze.
..I'm not really sure what to say about it. You can see it for free on the official website, it's only 30 minutes long. It's a good film but it's incredibly strange and sort of depressing. It's about robots.
I [I]finally[/I] got round to watching Avatar the other day in all its 3D glory.
3D effects were cool, story was all right but was pretty predictable at times.
The characters varied in quality, especially let down by some characters who were just stereotypes, including "I'm the big corporate guy and I'm just here to get unobtanium, I'll kill women and children as long as I get a profit" as well as "I'm the big military guy, I'm just here to kill some guys, I'll kill women and children because I have no feelings".
Definitely not good enough for me to sign up to some website and discuss how I can get a plastic surgeon to change me into a big blue guy. It is worth watching though as it was entertaining, it just wasn't the amazing epic that some people had made it out to be.
