Learn your rolls first before you jump off of stuff. Remember, it's a diagonal roll basically, you'd want to go, depending on what side, from your left shoulder to your lower-right back. Also, be prepared for some knee pain. That's the fucking worst.
You should know that alot of your bones are going to be breaking...often

[editline]04:55PM[/editline] You really just have to get a good sense of what you can and can't do. I don't mean hold yourself back, I mean don't attempt things you aren't sure you can do safely.
Wear a sweat band.
I'm confused about rolls. Am I supposed to do rolls where you go from Head to Neck to back and back up, or shoulder to back and then up? If it is the latter - I'm doin it rite! :D
