I've been on Prozac and Citalopram for quite some time now. Drinking on it or not doesn't change anything for me.
You shouldn't be taking MDMA when you're depressed anyway, but you won't listen to me.
Surely low doses (ie not near as much as what's in your average ecstasy pill) of pure MDMA (no speed or other shit cut into it at all) would be beneficial to someone suffering depression. But you would have to be really careful with it and probably wanna see a psyche every couple of days just in case you took too much one day resulting in a bad comedown (aka horrific depression on top of the pre-diagnosed problem).
So yeah, maybe you're right, don't use MDMA whilst depressed.

Although, now that I've said that, MDMA is exceptional (almost unbeatable) at helping with social anxiety.
You absolutely cannot battle depression with potent serotonin and dopamine releasers. MDMA is well capable of causong long-term depression with chronic use. Low doses would help temporarily but their aggregated effect would be an increase in severity of symptoms.
