The group makes it to the end of the bridge.

The OR jerks awake from a dream, in it he saw his squad being massacred by strange creatures.
"OK lets move the fuck up and get this over with. This place is creepy as hell."
The rest of the squad follows and one stays behind with the Mortar.
The Pulse Mortar has an effective range of about 1200 px. Anything beyond that, and the mortar shells fall within a 400px radius of the target.

The Squad starts to move.
As they reach Alpha, the Engineer stops as he notices the mortar.

The Mortar dude pats his mortar and says "Tis a FOXTEETH MK.I Pulse Mortar, just finished installing a laser designator chip. Nice hardware, eh? Bet you don't got anything like it. Oh and is it just me or did those Charlie tossers shrink? I coulda sworn they were a bit bigger."

Just out of the blue Phoenix ; Is that thing scanning nonstop or is it only when you say it does?
I actually meant it to either scan only when it's your turn or once every 2 rounds, AKA every 8 turns.
Oh alright, I'll start 'scanning' for life whenever it's my turn then :)
So which one did you choose then?
Also did you sprite/paint in MSP before coming to Facepunch? You are really good.

I did use paint from time to time, but I was not a regular user of the program Thanks though :)

The rest of the squad moves up. The back guy calls out, "Oi Sarge! Wait up! Spacings gone to shit!"
The Sarge trips on some loose rocks, sending them tumbling down the hill, he manages to mutter "Oh fuck." before falling.

The two aliens starts to move down the hill, one pounces up in the air while the other one rushes forward, catching a few bullets.
