I dont think the guard actually "tazered" him i.e. the current part. Think it was just the pins that pierce the skin, as I seriously doubt he would be instantly able to start ranting straight after the "shock"
The guard probably should have warned him twice, but I mean.. He was brandishing the taser at the guy before the warning. That should have been more than enough to warn him to fuck off.

They go in specifically trying to cause a stir and, to make themselves sound smart, read into the law surrounding the topic they want to argue about. Due to those bits, I'm thinking he's talking about Cascadia; a movement claiming the Northwest (including bits of Canada) should be a free, independent nation. One interesting thing to also note with the Cascadia movement is it's ties with White Supremacist movements, claiming there needs to be a "White nation for white people" without the "corrupting influence of multiculturalism" which they believe is being forced upon them via a Zionist-controlled government. Oh wow, he's claiming the Federal government has no power over him yet he is now claiming rights given by the Federal government.

Cops generally have short timer cartridges because they know how to apprehend suspects. Civilian tasers have a longer timer because they're meant to be shot and dropped so the civilian can run to safety.

im not supporting that guy, but is it just me or does it seem when he got tased he handled it kind of well..? a lot of the taser videos i've seen show people screaming on the ground for at least like a minute or so in agony, while this guy just let out a little cry and kept on talking.
