I'm thinking she was there because he has some sort of mental problem. What he says make absolutely no sense at all, its not even coherent. If that was the case I would hope she realizes taking him to a court house is a terrible idea.

It really infuriates me as to why he doesn't seem to grasp why you're not allowed to have cameras in the court-room without permission. I mean fuck, this is a thing every activist acts like they don't understand even though it's a simple matter of thinking it through.

They don't allow cameras in courtrooms because you have the risk of crazies (such as that guy) getting information they could use to kill, kidnap or otherwise harm a judge, jury, witness testifying against you or any number of people present in the courtroom that day. Not to mention they can sway proceedings one way or the other (people react differently on camera) and they're very, [I]very [/I]distracting. Standing before a judge and attorney is hard enough, but doing it on camera or while people take pictures is even worse.

Personally, I think the guy with the taser should have probably given him more of a warning but I think we all know it would have just gone on for longer, by the looks of how quickly he responded he either knew about this person with the camera or it has happened before with someone else.
