You say this is the first version, but you've already printed it. In the printing world, you would have lost your job, wasting materials on unapproved and frankly, ugly designs.
It seems you have little to no concept of style and balance. There is nothing about this that is pleasing to the eye. Your colour choices are awful. The text, awful.
I'll have to agree with appox. His looks nicer too, despite being just a screen cap of the main page.
Lastly, I don't think anybody in the right mind would pay for something this terrible. But that's just my two cents. You couldn't pay me to put one of these up, even in my enemies house.

I agree, It's a messy design and looks horrid with a random spew of colours.
Would prefer it more basic and stick with a colour scheme. (Red, white and blue like the forums is one idea.)
