I hate how caffeine doesn't have any effect on me. I've had a day where I drank a starbucks mocha (yum) and 2 monsters in one day, and it didn't affect me. It tastes good though so whatever.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I drank 3 Monsters over a period of 4 hours. I was able to focus a little better, and my mind felt more organized, but that's all I experienced.

But the same thing happens with the end of a joint. Some of the THC in the smoke sticks to the weed that it passes by. The smoke doesn't have a bunch of "crap" in it. If it did it wouldn't be too great to smoke it. The only crap there could be is when it forms resin and people scrape that off and smoke it anyways.
Don't waste your fresh weed like that. It's not going to make you any higher, stop believing in these fairy tales. Everyone hates the last part of a joint, because it tastes like crap. So keep that fresh weed fresh.

personally i think it's a bit of genius, but only if you keep a little bit of weed in there.
If the pipe doesn't use a screen, it could possibly do something. I don't see any reason to [b]not[/b] keep your bud in there.
Plus, it makes a fucking great place to keep your herb.

i get why people like those giant spoons but i always perferred the smaller-mediumish ones just cause they help you conserve weed.
as soon as i get a job im getting a nice fat bubbler or a fat glass pipe, with all the trimmings. probably won't even use it that much, just as a decoration. gonna get a volcano and a fat bong with hella decorations on it as my main, use my genie and j's for on the go.

Can get pipes from a local market, at every market around where i live there is a about 3 tables full of pipes, bongs, grinders everything a stoner needs, apart from weed, and its dirt cheap.
Not sure if my local market does that but I've heard it does. I'll go down there too
if i were you i'd get a cheap bubbler with more than one chamber.
They have stuff like rizla and lighters there too, its basicly a headshop but on a market, you would have to be 18 to by it from headshops(i think) but i walked up and brought a nice wooden pipe from the market at 14 no trouble.
foodstuffs, i've never used any kind of piece before, I'm starting simple. I'm just going to buy a cheap straightforward pipe I like the look of, and see if I like pipes
after that I'll work my way up to multiple chambers, bubblers, more complex stuff etc

if i were you i'd get a bunch of apples and a metal skewer and practice making apple pipes. in fact this is a skill everyone here should have.
they're just as good as normal pipes and they're edible/disposable. you can make them with carbs and really good airflow and making them is a really handy skill. i was smoking out my bud and one of his buds early this week, we were using the vape but they weren't feelin it so i was gonna roll a j instead. couldn't find my papers but i found an apple and a skewer. pretty much saved the night.
yea some shops are more hard on age than others, head shop in a town i live near was pretty strict well i only tryed to buy salvia but they ID'd me, really glad they did now that shit would have fucked me up back then. a pipe is really handy many times i've whacked the old pipe in my pocket just on the off chance it came in handy and there has been no baccy saved the day. I got a decent little wooden pipe with 3 sets of gauze(sp?) for two fifty at my local market, was a great buy.

it's pretty simple to piece it together what to do in your head, if you know how a pipe works and can think outside the box a little.
the first apple pipe i ever made was probably my best, had super airflow and a fat carb. held weed really good too, i loved it so much i kept it till i saw a bit of mold on it XD

Get a cheap medium spoon like Foodstuffs said. I'm so glad I bought one again because it's perfect to toke up with it anywhere. Just be sure to get something like a pipe tool, makes dumping out the ash easier. To clean out your piece use this tutorial:
