You can't do shit without a milling machine and a lathe. And if you had those things, you would still need the skills to operate them.

I've trained in military cadets for my high school and was on the shooting team for 3 years, I wanted a airsoft rifle for target shooting, that was why I wanted one.

Those machines you suggested are time saving, but the same job can be done other ways.

Air rifles are much better for target shooting than airsoft, so if you're target shooting there's no logical reason to go with airsoft. To build a nice consistent airsoft sniping platform can cost well over a thousand dollars. Buy an air gun. Buy an air gun. Buy an air gun.

There's no way you'd fit a gearbox in the one that guy made. Plus then you have to deal with lining up the hop up with the gearbox and magazine, get it to feed properly and efficiently. You may be able to make the upper receiver with simple tools, but for the barrel and lower receiver you're going to need some sort of milling machine or lathe like Screw pointed out

yeah the barrel is round and in an expanding shape, so you'd need a crazy well thought out automatic movement on a lathe (can you even make it go at an angle? I only ever made it move straight) or a CNC lathe
