Nothing interesting really happens here, except Clyde Tombaugh and Burt Baskin of Baskin-Robbins were born here. There was a tornado back in summer 2010 on the south side of town, but I'm more in the central area and I would have never guessed there was a tornado. Was hardly sprinkling.

Oh, I was talking about Streator, not Illinois as a whole.
I don't know so much about wisconsin but the cops around this area have a tendency to flick on their lights at random to see if anyone freaks out and slams their breaks
I don't think that was it, it really seemed like they were looking for someone.
I think all those annoying names are because of Indian tribes or something.
Platteville currently for college, Germantown/Milwaukee originally.
Oh shit, I used to live in Germantown. Moved to Appleton area (Kaukauna) in 5th grade.
Another fun game: finding people that aren't from the Midwest and getting them to pronounce names of cities. you'd be surprised how many different ways you can get someone to pronounce Waukegan

Just so you guys know what he's talking about.
By the early 1920s, the Ku Klux Klan became an influence in Pekin.[6] It was during this period that leading Klansmen assumed ownership of the city newspaper, the Pekin Daily Times. They sold off the paper within years, but the city's reputation as a Sundown Town lingered, despite participation of Pekin church pastors in the civil rights marches of the 1960s and the role of Pekin U.S. Senator Everett Dirksen in the Civil Rights Act of 1964.[7]
Hah, you live like 5 minutes away from me.
Where's everyone from Wisconsin from?
Menomonee Falls represent: A bunch of white-ethnicity suburban neighborhoods with a cool library. Pretty much it.
Suburbs of Chicago here, I love living in a nice area and being only 15-20 minutes away from Chicago. It's like the sweet spot.
Currently living in O'fallon, a little pocket of blue just a bit north of St. Louis. It's alright; definitely better than southern Iowa.
I like it when I don't have to go outside and shovel snow.
Every house I've lived in was either on a corner or a cul-de-sac. Every time there's snow, the plows push it right back onto my driveway once I'm done shoveling.
I was furious when that happened after that heavy snow we had 2 Februaries ago.
live north of milwaukee, wi, by about 20 min, HoLLa
to be specific cedarburg, little historical town of rich people
