They said the same thing about Friday. I'll believe it when I see it.
Yeah, if you live in Indiana you learn not to believe anything the news says until it actually happens. 2 inches becomes 6, and 8 inches becomes .5.
I like it here in Texas a lot more than in Wisconsin. I don't know. Maybe I'll move here (visiting aunt/boyfriend in Austin, TX) in a year or two.
passed through beloit on the way up to janesville yesterday, best gas prices I've seen yet also there's a really big antique mall or two out there I should check, sometimes I find cool old cameras to restore
There's a fair few of them around, I believe there's a large one in South Beloit and I remember there being a flea market or two between Beloit and Janesville. The snow is sticking around here, cold enough to keep the snow around. Merry Christmas to you all by the way!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Merry Christmas y'all. Gonna go to Tinley Park for family party. Aw yeah.
Merry Christmas y'all. Gonna go to Tinley Park for family party. Aw yeah.
Possibly same here too except in Mount Greenwood.
About a foot of snow here with full blizzard conditions. Canceled work on a day I was already taking off anyway, and now I'm stuck locked up at home all day. Fun...
it was snowing tiny dippin' dots on the way down to chicago today like tiny dried ice pellets was cool watching it all blow around in patterns on the highway but I was afraid it'd get slippy
It's just a bit cloudy here.
We're supposed to get a snow storm on Wednesday, oh man!
Called it.
Indianapolis, Indiana Represent! at least 8" of snow here
Light snowfall over here at McKinley.
"melk"
"melk"
You're not the only one?
I just don't get it milk pronounced like smelt instead of silk bag pronounced like bagel instead of hat water fountains called bubblers pop called soda [sp]clearly 'sody-pop' is superior[/sp]
yeah, soda and bubblers, that's the right way to do it, fuck you other non-wisconsin guys also i can't believe i still have this from the six flags meetup a few years ago lol. just gotta find the gif of dajitsu burping out of nowhere
Greenwood, Indiana here. AKA gas station town because there's a gas station literally at every other building. So for instance, where I live, there's a gas station, then a LA Fitness, then another gas station, then a Mike's Carwash. It's so fucking cluttered, even for a town. The weather is meh. It get's really nice during the spring, though. We're the ass of Indianapolis, pretty much.

I miss your funky haaaair mr shox also I'm still pissed that cramming people into the one guy's car (can't remember who it was) ended up dislodging a door or something weird. still feel guilty about not being able to stuff someone else into my car
So apparently a bill was passed in Illinois that allows illegal immigrants to get a driver's license?
Terre Haute Indiana. Well, West Terre Haute but you guys do not need to know that. Come at me bros.
So apparently a bill was passed in Illinois that allows illegal immigrants to get a driver's license?
I'm assuming it's part of the recent immigration reform, and that it's situational. TL;DR on what I've heard so far, it's for illegals who were either too young when they were brought here, or born here, to give them a chance to become productive and legal citizens since they didn't make the choice to be here illegally, their parents/caretakers did. This allowed integration includes some schooling I believe, which is awesome. Illegals actually pump a moderate amount of revenue into our economy, even paying taxes- they're not quite the leeches politicians and angry rednecks make them out to be. If we can give them an opportunity to work legally, we can give them living wages, tax that properly, regulate more stuff, etc. Plus, jailing and/or deportation costs us money for no other reason than the fact that these people exist, and puts people's lives at risk when returning to their countries as refugees, that's (ideally) not what we should encourage as a country literally founded by immigrants separating from another country.
A pretty crazy storm dropped in on us last night. [t]http://i.imgur.com/ag6ad.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/fpcmb.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/1Oa1u.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/UmvXZ.jpg[/t] I just love Indiana weather.
It's fairly icy over here.
Just got some snow last night. McHenry County, Illinois btw

Fucking ice all over my driveway.
my driveway is still solid ice, it's a shared parking area for townhouses so the village should be taking care of it, but all they did was lay down some sidewalk salt and that only made a weird peppering of tiny holes in the surface
Holy shit it's finally snowing in Chicago.
