I though this would be about you accidentally chucking a grenade into a meth lab or leaning on a pillar which falls on a house revealing a meth lab. Or something along those lines.
Heh, reminds me of the time a cop told me they knew there were about 12 Weed grow ops in the industrial area about 1km away from my house. He told us after a grow op got buttraped by a handful of thieves. The cops don't give a shit as long as they don't cause trouble. :v:
OP sounds like Phoenix Wright

Then have some whacky adventures avoiding the suspiciously well armed bad guys only to get to the police . And then find the local police department are in on it too. And then you have to go Rambo on an entire town.
:smug: [editline]15th February 2011[/editline] Just like Dark RP, I don't get it.
Good. If you do get them, then you probably don't have a girlfriend.
million dollar operation at least? i doubt you were the only one to notice suspicious activity.
your gonna get whacked when those criminals get out of jail
million dollar operation at least? i doubt you were the only one to notice suspicious activity.
A million dollars isn't an extremely huge amount anymore. It's not small by any means, but it's not what it used to be.
million dollar operation at least? i doubt you were the only one to notice suspicious activity.
Here's how meth labs work: they cook the meth and then immediately ship it out to different stash houses, that way if the lab gets taken down their product is still safe and they can still make a hefty profit.
Rip op.
You live in Iowa don't you? Meth capital of the world.
now everyone will have to find a new fix!
RUN. They're after you.
i would be so scared
I'd be careful about who I told this story to. If it was indeed a million dollar operation, there's going to be some extremely pissed off drug cartels looking to see how they were busted, re-make the money lost that day, and gut the person who alerted the police with a rusty steak knife. If I were you OP, fuck school and move outta the state.
The reason I say indirectly is a long story, which is why I should probably start from the beginning. A few months ago I moved out of my parents place and moved in with my brother, mostly for school reasons. And to get to and from class I have to either bike 4 miles to and fro from the school or take the bus. Now I decided to bike since it was faster than just waiting for the bus, and I began noticing a pattern for a particular house. During the day, the place seemed almost deserted, unlivable if you will. But after my late night classes, I noticed cars coming and going freely from the location. Being a criminal justice major, I was a little suspicious about activity like that. Over the course of a few months, I noticed that the owner was a real big fan of fertilizers, which is funny because his home has no lawn, it has a dirt driveway and then rocks and dirt around the perimeter. Now I realized that this is quite suspicious, and then I realized that he couldn't possibly need all the fertilizer for a home grow job for Marijuana, so my only suspicion was that it was a Meth Lab. I eventually brought up the topic in my criminal justice course just before class with my professor, and she said that my suspicion is either right on the money, or completely off. She offered to file a report for suspicious activity, but I pretty much shrugged it off and went about my business as usual. Now a few days ago my brother comes walking into my room saying how a meth lab on the street I go on every day got busted and was at least a million dollar operation. I asked him what the house looked like and he described the very house I was suspicious of. Now I'm not entirely sure if my findings were the cause for the bust, but it is possible concerning the amount of time between my initial realization and telling my professor, to the eventual bust. I'm not saying full well that I shut down a Meth Lab, but my instincts and powers of observation may have played a vital role in bringing down the lab, which just so happens to be less than a quarter of a mile away from a high school. I thought the story would be interesting, and I guess the moral of my story is to always be aware of what is going on in your neighborhood, and to not be afraid to bring it up with someone who may be able to help, be it a teacher or your local police services. I tried to find an article online that describes it better than I can, but the problem is the local news is mostly in news papers. I'll try and get a copy to scan for you guys, but right now I don't have any evidence to give you guys so you'll have to take my word for the moment.
As long as you don't report weed growing ops you can do whatever you like [editline]16th February 2011[/editline]
Should of blackmailed them, get money, then report for fame
Then get your house busted in by about 20 big bastards and stabbed to death in your kitchen
you are a winner
This is cool This wouldn't be if they were growin' harmless mary jane however Well done OP
It probably wasn't to do with you. Also i wouldn't go around saying that it was you who reported it.
First of all, He clearly says that he isnt taking credit for the bust, but that his observation mightve helped in the process of the police gathering enough information. Learn to read dumbass!
Good job. Meth and the people who do it suck.
I'm in no danger, only people who know are my parents and my brother probably already forgot. And besides, it probably wasn't directly my fault, I'm sure there was already an investigation.
Moral of the story, have a big garden if you're going to make meth.
Or at least don't carry 10 bags into your house when your yard is nonexistent.
Take a different route. No need to get a cap popped in your ass.
The house has been condemned, not sure if they will resell it or just bulldoze it.
