[QUOTE=Hexxeh;35316264]The problem with stuff like PhoneGap is that your UI will still feel slow. There's stuff like Appcelerator though, which is cross-platform and still feels fast.[/QUOTE] Appcelerator is probably the best option for this case, I've made a couple things in it and it's definitely easy enough for geel to use, plus cross platform is a breeze.
There should be an option for pictures showing up like videos do, as a button, so people can view it in a separate explorer. Would be great for people who's phone crashes when too many pictures are loaded onto the RAM.
Images and avatars dont work on my Galaxy Nexus.
[QUOTE=reevezy67;35321271]Images and avatars dont work on my Galaxy Nexus.[/QUOTE] Enable them for 3G in preferences
Already did. [editline]28th March 2012[/editline] Im just going to use my browser. Little slower but no problems. [editline]28th March 2012[/editline] Oh and now that I have images I saw that fight with Overv. Funny stuff.

[QUOTE=eternalflamez;35327687]Just so you know, pictures don't show anyway unless you are on wifi.[/QUOTE] It has an option to enable for data, doesn't work. Oh and wifi doesn't show them either.
Works fine on both 3g and wifi for me
Mine crashes on login sometimes
[QUOTE=solid_jake;35179051]My G2X doesn't load images on the mobile network despite having it ticked. Avatar's either. Everything else works fine though[/QUOTE] Same goes for my Galaxy Nexus. It's a damn shame it doesn't load images.
<font color=green>Your html parsing is a bit wonky</font> [editline]29th March 2012[/editline] Images and avatars mess up for me on occasion.

I dont know if it has been mentioned before. But like you see in this post "öäü" don't work with this app. Can you fix this? [QUOTE=Lord_Schrotty;35329872]Viel Glück![/QUOTE]

[QUOTE=eternalflamez;35342525]I don't think so?[/QUOTE] They work in the FP app, not in your browser :downs:
[QUOTE=gooooooooooogle;35342595]They work in the FP app, not in your browser :downs:[/QUOTE] That's why you shouldn't do it.
[QUOTE=Lord_Schrotty;35342614]That's why you shouldn't do it.[/QUOTE] do you not get the point
[QUOTE=Lord_Schrotty;35342614]That's why you shouldn't do it.[/QUOTE] Needs to be patched anyway. Since I'm assuming that it opens up to JavaScript exploits. <script type="text/JavaScript"> document.write("If you can't see the code surrounding this then it's not fixed yet.<br />"); </script> now just imagine that was something malicious I just posted
-snip, should really look at this on my cell-

[QUOTE=geel9;35342977]Even if it were malicious it doesn't matter because...you don't know how Javascript works.[/QUOTE] holy shit please tell me this is just a bad joke
[QUOTE=Overv;35343115]holy shit please tell me this is just a bad joke[/QUOTE] The Javascript obviously won't run because the thread view isn't a webpage.
[QUOTE=geel9;35343145]The Javascript obviously won't run because the thread view isn't a webpage.[/QUOTE] Who cares if it doesn't work. You should remove it from the app anyway.
[QUOTE=Lord_Schrotty;35343314]Who cares if it doesn't work. You should remove it from the app anyway.[/QUOTE] It's not that simple. Something is unescaping HTML tags and I don't know what is doing it.
