How did you do the filter? Splines, Displacement?
My Intuos3 tablet mouse just died too :( I miss the sensitivity it offered. It double clicks randomly and the middle button is now completely useless
Mine is over 3 years old, and it still seems fine, hopefully another year or so. ;) I was told to check out DOF PRO, a cool DoF filter for Photoshop. It delivers very pleasing results so far.
Well, I can't really explain what the fuck this is supposed to be. v:v:v Let's call it "What you shouldn't use FumeFX for." (SFW, media tagged for being an APNG)
Woah, filesmelt actually loading.
faffing around in zbrush trying to get familiar to the different brushes etc kinda went crazy with trimdynamic at the end [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] gold frame for added class [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] Your school looks awesome, nVidia. [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] I'm also trying to get a grip on human anatomy and sculpting which so far is not going too well. This is the fifth iteration but at least it looks better than the first so practice makes perfect I guess.

Also would make a brilliant TDM map, kinda reminds me of... 'steel mill' on Crysis.

Looks like you could decrease the noise threshold more, which shouldn't be much slower to render. I'm guessing you're using Vray?
That looks like a good filter, thanks for mentioning.
No problem! You should also check out Frischluft LensCare, a similar (yet simpler) DoF Generator, which also looks very good. That one also works with After Effects, which is very preferable as opposed to DOF PRO's keyframing in PS. Oh, and you know "The Third & The Seventh" by "Alex Roman" (Jorge Seva)? He uses 3ds Max, Vray, Frischluft LensCare and After Effects for his videos. I think he uses several layers of blurring to achieve that realistic effect.
[img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/SABRE_10.png[/img_thumb] I made that in ProDesktop today at school. If you've used ProDesktop You'll know how limited it is, and How that's probably the best render You're going to get.
Pretty good for ProDesktop, I haven't used a modern version but the older versions were like try to sculpt something from a rock with your bare hands, a horrible program.

yep that was my reference
heh, well you almost nailed it, needs a split-ter nose and dumber eyes i think

Sexy.
Pro Engineer is horrible for rendering as well.
We've actually started to get that on the computers at school, We have 6.0 Wildfire and I must say, The rendering is godlike compared to ProDesktop, It's quite different though, I'm still learning to build things though.

Circular grips would make it impossible to hold.
Rendered out some kind of a reactor, and it looked awful. After post processing, I made it look a little more watchable though ;)
Chrome doesn't support APNG yet?
Nothing does except Firefox. It's not even a standard.
2 out of 4 major browsers is nothing apparently
So I finished that sauna and it's interior. Here are some shots ingame: [img_thumb] http://filesmelt.com/dl/NehrimScreen23.png[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/NehrimScreen24.png[/img_thumb][img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/NehrimScreen26.png[/img_thumb] I didn't bother doing better lighting on the inside so it's all red for now.
Is that Source?
Is that Source?
Oblivion i believe.
Technically it's Nehrim, but yes it's the Oblivion's engine.
got bored and made a skype logo should I vectorize the original logo so the quality doesn't suck??? [editline]27th November 2010[/editline] I need to tweak photoshop's colour display because it over-saturates and brightens by default. :(
Some lemon juice splashing into a glass container ;)
