I referenced it off a brand new building, but I suppose I could rough it up a bit. It needs to fit with the slightly older buildings on the block anyway.

Finished a building, and I've finished 7 others now with full interiors, hopefully by the end of the week I'll have a big chunk of a new city product hammered out.
Also, it isn't a competition, in fact, like thag says, I've been teaching him so that's a good thing because there's a strong likelihood that we will join up and make a legitimate collaborative studio.

As far as I am aware, multi/sub allows many materials on one mesh. There are still many textures. Or am I missing something?
Could be alot of objects or it could be a few with Material IDs.
OR it could be One massive objects with one material all Unwrapped. (No..lawl)

Many many textures using Multi/Sub materials, I despise the UI of the material editor to be honest, it's constantly losing textures and consolidation and removal of unused textures can be a bitch.
