I know, I'm still learning how to use vray, I'm getting there. anyway It was just making a joke on the greeble, I also need to work on those lights.
It's not the lights, it's whole thing. The point of Vray is that you take advantage of stuff like global illumination and final gather.

I left out a lot of effects so as to lower the render time. It has 682 lamps and 330,827 polies, and I have an old comp.

Hey, just a quick question.
I have a skin modifier on an object here (working on a TF2-Related thing) and whenever I move the bones the the mesh is weighted to, the mesh won't actually reflect that until I move a frame.
I've tried turning off all kinds of adaptive degredation on the mesh, but to no avail.
Anyone know what I'm missing?
P.S:
Importing Animations from TF2 is still increasingly annoying.
Also every time I open a file that was initially made in 3ds Max 2010, I get 'CoCreateInstance() Failed, Please check your Registry Entries etc etc'.
It doesn't seem to affect anything, but 3ds Max stops completely for about a minute before I can continue.
