sounds good.
The only hope for Canadians is getting Harper out of office in the 2015 (?) election. The past 5 mayors and the current mayor of Vancouver have all said it's time for legalization and Harpers response was "not under my government."
NDP is for decriminalization and the Green Party is for legalization.
Signed the Colorado petition a long time ago, also had a chat with our state rep about the importance of the existing dispensaries in town to help people with illness and disease. I really hope the bill goes through.
Sorry, hate bumping this thread but just wanted to say that the New Approach Washington (I-502) has 340,000 signatures (more still coming in), to make the ballot it needs 241,153 valid signatures (it's recommended that 320,000 signatures are collected so it definitely makes the ballot)
So I-502 should definitely be on the 2012 ballot in Washington. 2 from 2 so far!
