Men have nipples because in the womb your sex isn't determined yet, so you have the possibility to go either way (I guess this is why this whole thing is possible?)And with the hormones they start to actually come out like a woman's, although I'm not sure if they can produce milk.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure a males breasts can create milk too, it's nowhere near as common but i'm pretty sure that it happens.
Wait yeah, I'm pretty sure I've heard of that actually. It's never very much (like almost nothing iirc) and I don't know if it's possible for all men but that does ring a bell, yes. So I guess they will work properly.
