Fun fact, to go through an HRT regiment, you have to be diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder.
Gender Identity Disorder is a documented mental state in which you have the opposite brain of your body.

More people need to realize that the mind of a man and the mind of a woman are fundamentally different.
To be honest, with her hair down, unstraightened and no makeup on, she still looks like a guy really late in the video. With her hair straightened and makeup she looks like a girl.

That's not how hormone treatment works. It only effects things that can change during puberty. Genitals are formed whilst you are a fetus.
And yes someone who is genetically male can be born with a vagina and boobs and not even know they are male if something like this occurs in the womb. It's called Androgen insensitivity syndrome and is caused when the hormone receptors on cells are not functioning properly. So yes, males have the building blocks for vaginas in their dna.
