Luckily it's way late
who said he have the decision to go or stay , its all in people's hand ...
He certainly has the decision to go
The people have already decided for him.
I'll believe him when he steps down and is exiled to some island in the pacific and a president with absolutely no ties or relation to him is elected.

Nah, he's just trying to create that exact feeling, imo.
I think that he hopes that if he acts confident that he will not have to resign, then the masses will be affected somehow. In reality, he has little power over him staying or not right now.

Yes, Aljazeera is streaming it from a seperate Egyptian network Nile TV or something though.
He's asking the government to step down?
[editline]28th January 2011[/editline]
Holy fuck.
Try again
Did he just resign and have the government step down?
I'm so confused!
but if he creates this new government, theres going to be some problems.
So he's going to kick out the current administration, build a new one but hes still going to be the head of state?
Oops, Try again Mubarak.
woah woah woah what's been happening
I missed the announcement?

Yeah, he is trying to save his ass and his ass alone.
The people didn't just want reforms, they wanted him out. So I'm still hoping they'll achieve that.
But he did say he's dissolving the government which is a pretty big step for him to take. I'm guessing he's doing everything he can to save his ass now... Still, I mean look at his face. You can never even believe him on anything he says, I doubt he'll actually do anything big and useful, so I hope they'll take him down.

New government but still under Mubarak
He didn't step down, but he got rid of the government.
New government but still under Mubarak
what a prick
so basically the exact opposite of what people are demanding
Did he just resign and have the government step down?
Nope, he says that he'll create a new gov tomorrow, but he isn't going anywhere.
According to him, that is.
-snip-
Lol, I don't think he got the point of the revolution. They want HIM out. I doubt it'll calm them down, probably just anger them more.
I smell assassination... (probably won't happen, but would be crazy if it did).
:byewhore:
I don't know, I think that "Down, down with Mubarak" should give him a hint that the Egyptian people don't give a shit if only the cabinet steps down? :v:
So you're canning the current government and creating a new one, with you under control. Dohohoho. Good try, Mubarak, but try again.
"The protests were only possible because of the freedoms I have given"?
The fuck, the protests were possible because people DISOBEYED his restrictions.
I hope he gets shot live on tv.
mubarak: GUYS WAIT IMA MAKE A NEW GOV TOMORO PLEASE DONT KICK MY ASS

/votekick mubarak
The protesters started attacking the Army now.
oh okay. I must have misunderstood while hearing his language and English together.
The protesters are still saying "DOWN DOWN WITH MUBARAK" they are playing it live on the stream.
This is far from over.
