I had no idea you were related but I don't think he meant it. A lot of people on here just say dumb shit without thinking about what they are saying.
Last night I prayed for Voodoo and that Egypt is liberated without too much damage. and you have to admit, a lot worse could have happened to the protesters than what has already happened.
Thanks , Amen for your prayers :)
yeah true the death rate is very low comparing to other revolutions , lucky Egyptians ...
Well there's this thread to check out for people that haven't seen it yet.

Not so lucky, I think they are smarter. They try to help each other... I hope the best for your brother by the way, I really do.
You are welcome
What you all have went through that lead up to this is insane. I can't believe what was going on down there wasn't being covered on the news. People getting taken out of their homes in the middle of the night and especially the facts about this "President"
I cannot stress how much I hope this is all ended soon and you all can live in relative peace. This is a long time coming from what I've learned the past few days. I still cant get over how I didn't know about this in the first place. uugh. And all I can do is keep people on my Facebook updated and then the selfish people near me who can't even imagine what oppression and poverty must feel like don't take me seriously and say I exaggerate although all the news is from Al Jazeera. I wish I could do more... I bet we all do.
Woah, the lady on the stream is awesome. I hope somebody records her or at least writes down what she says. This is all gold.
that woman that is on right now is awesome

Contingency plans. US (or other nations) won't put all their eggs in one basket. They want to make sure in the event that there was a regime change, the figures that would appear would be just as receptive to them.
NOT CONFIRMED: Soldiers have occupied the Tahrir square, protesters fleeing. The army also has taken over the national museum.
I hope that's not true. I really hope that's not true.

Aw really?
Well, best of luck anyways.
Al Jazeera says the army has taken over the museum to protect it against looters.
Also, more than 1030 wounded in Cairo.
It's confirmed: Army takes control of central Cairo square - Reuters
Isn't that late? Argh, time-zones!
Yeah, it's 1 days late.
well... thats bad but not horrible...
I doubt the military will start firing on the protesters if they stay around the square. I think eventually Mubarak is going to completely step down if tomorrow is anything like what happened today.
Yeah, it's 1 days late.
You had me worried there for a minute.
Kerry's talking now, and Obama will speak later.

That vid is amazing. I was going to make something like that but then I forgot, got caught up watching the news stream. Wow, truly inspiring. I never been particularly fond of Egypt before - now I will be proud of them for the rest of my life.
This is exactly the same scenario as Tunisia
Ben Ali tried to sacrifice the government first but he had to escape when he found out that the people want his head.... so i guess Mubarak will follow him soon to KSA
----------
CONFIRMED -RNN : from a source in military , till now the army have not entered the city , and all these vehicles belong to presidential guards
Obama will speak in a moment, accordingly.
