Ah, I didn't know that he wasn't in Egypt. From what I thought, he was on dialup or on that tor connection. And I thought Random was because wasn't he talking as if he was on his phone updating us during the riots?
Organize a revolution using carrier pigeons
At least carrier pigeons can't be easily shut down by a government. Thread music:
A mod should really change the title to something like 2010 Egyptian Riots so more people visit it and be aware
but boss it's 2011!

So he just translates key stuff for us.
Did anyone else see anything about the army forced to shoot people?
i knew that president was bad news as soon as i saw his eyebrows
The citadel. Fuck its the combine
I really hope they oust Mubarak from power. I'm starting to get anxious about how this is going to turn out and I live in America.
you can always tell how corrupt a leader is by his eyebrows
The citadel. Fuck its the combine
No, it's the Reapers.
No, it's the Reapers.
We must do calibrations if we hope to defeat them.
you can always tell how corrupt a leader is by his eyebrows
he has sneaky looking eyebrows and as it turns out he's egypts sneakiest fucker seeing a pattern?
Did anyone else see anything about the army forced to shoot people?
I didn't. Can someone enlighten me? http://english.aljazeera.net/watch_now/
No, it's the Reapers.
Somebody should edit the Mass Effect 3 trailer, and when it pans out it's just Mubarak and other members of the government destroying the city
No, it's the Reapers.
R.O.F.L. Priceless. (very big fan of Mass Effect here)
No, it's the Reapers.
We have dismissed these claims.
We have dismissed these claims.
Funny, the ignorance of the citadel in ME in regards to the reapers is kind of similar to that of Mubarak in regards to the Egyptian peoples' demands. I mean they've both seen the truth, and yet they deny it.
I didn't. Can someone enlighten me? http://english.aljazeera.net/watch_now/
I swear I read something on Aljazeera that said "army forced to shoot people attempting to break into ministry of the interior" or some jazz like that.
I swear I read something on Aljazeera that said "army forced to shoot people attempting to break into ministry of the interior" or some jazz like that.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were. Considering the Interior Ministry is state property they have an "excuse" to use force.
I just had a discussion with a dude on Steam:
Oh look, a guy with serious face 24/7.
I swear I read something on Aljazeera that said "army forced to shoot people attempting to break into ministry of the interior" or some jazz like that.
so far the army haven't fired a single shot towards demonstrators , and they announced earlier that the army is not keen on using violence against civilians :) ------ good news from Al-arabeya channel : Zahi Hawas , Vice Minister of Culture in Egypt, has announced that the national museum was not looted
Oh look, a guy with serious face 24/7.
Sorry to have a different sense of humor than you. I can joke about loads of stuff but his joke was nowhere near funny at all, in particular the "facebook-like". Edit: But lets not bother with that and rather stand together in wishing the best of luck to the protesters in Egypt.
Shots heard from the interior of the Interior Ministry building.
so far the army haven't fired a single shot towards demonstrators , and they announced earlier that the army is not keen on using violence against civilians :) ------ good news from Al-arabeya channel : Zahi Hawas , Vice Minister of Culture in Egypt, has announced that the national museum was not looted
Well that's good to hear. I guess I misread. But concerning the second part of your post...I saw pictures of broken statues, idols, relics etc. from the museum on aljazeera?
Also, NDP HQ apparently on fire for the 3rd? time.
Well that's good to hear. I guess I misread. But concerning the second part of your post...I saw pictures of broken statues, idols, relics etc. from the museum on aljazeera?
probably means nothing is missing
This would be more awesome if Mubarak was sitting on top of a 6 kilometer high metal tower in the middle of Cairo. [sp]City17?[/sp] What would an Egyptian Gordon Freeman look like?
probably means nothing is missing
I guess thats what he meant , he said something like " nothing is stolen and everything is still there" ------- by the way ,the tax department building in cairo is now on fire ... i bet hundreds of corrupt officials & businessman are happy now ... burn every evidence ...
Military is probably just trying to prevent deaths. They can't just outright stop the marches and gatherings with journalists everywhere.
The government is being too easy on the protesters, but that's not a bad thing.
