Dutch news reports that obama is supporting Mubarak and he donated 1.3 billion dollar to the egyptian army a while ago, ensuring they stay on Mubarak's side.
Obama's stance is essential in the side the army will take if things escalate.
Also according to the media here:
60 of the people in egypt are under 30 years old and alot of them dont have a job, this is a brewing pot that creates riots like this.
good to see america still continuing their policies of supporting dictatorships as long as they are pro-american, or at least anti-american enemies.
Its impossible for a coup to happen right?
OP lives to fight another day! :buddy:

Oh god damnit.
:foxnews:I knew american media was a bad idea :foxnews:
But yeah, Ive got a sudanese friend who was born in africa, He was saying something about this a while ago.
Its always interesting to follow revolutions, but when a FP member is providing first-person info, Who needs netflix?
I'll admit that I haven't read the whole thread, but why did they ban Jomaa prayer? Is it just at the mosque(s)/area(s) that are already in turmoil and they're trying to keep potential casualties down (meaning that the same rules apply for Christians and Businesses), or is this some form of persecution (no prayer for Muslims, although anyone else can go into that area for other reasons)?
The riots have been given massive prominence in the British press. They seem to be on the rioter's side.
Good luck from Britain! :britain:

Exactly, he's also a staunch supporter of Israel and assists in the illegal blockade against Gaza, as well closing them in.
This dictator needs to go, I wonder how martial law for 29 years feel.

No.
sounds like the shit's hitting the fan. you have my support, OP. :respek:
Holy shit. I never knew Egypt was in such a state.
I wish you all luck, and I hope you don't die.
Edit: Egyptian flag with a sphynx crying. I thought FP already had that, but it's fitting.
Fight fire with fire
Bullets with bullets.
Good luck from over here in the U.S.A. where people call our black president a Nazi for trying to give free health care to people. :patriot:
It's been 5 hours since OP said anything, what's going on guys
Nothing, you're just being impatient.
Also, I wish The Netherlands would care more about this instead of spamming the radio with ''11 year old german kid's body found at last''

Hes not a nazi, just a massive douche.
My best tip for you guys if you have to go on the offensive, napalm, napalm, and more napalm, it's probably one of the most frightening weapons outside white phosphor. And it's dirt cheap and easy to make too.
These riot police people don't seem to know what they're doing, probably had little to no training, and probably no military training, seeing liquid fire rain down in balloons or something, would probably make them run like hell, since blocking them with the riot shield just sets the shield on fire, and splashes it all around you.
Step 1. Bring sprayfoam to a riot
Step 2. Spray on riot police
Step 3. Profit

OP is rioting now
Lets hope he survives
All we can do is pray...
OR GO TO EGYPT AND GET HARDCORE WAAAAAAAAAAAAGH
OP, you have my support! And Shian, clearly you hadn't taken history class... your avatar is also worrying. (EDIT: I just realized it's the default, Jesus! Good tactic of making people change it)
Best of luck to him though. I assume he's out rioting right now, I hope he'll be ok.
Also, Yemen is going up too I think. Shit is getting real
now on bbc
Egypt protests are being reported im going to watch for more info
I'm gonna go make myself some baguette.
I love garlic butter baguette.
This is still getting barely any coverage on the news networks I've been watching, does anyone know of any US/Canadian channels doing major coverage?
Good luck my friend.

You're all badasses over there, I don't know any other people that could do something like this. Everyone's behind you guys. I think its about time another country started standing behind you, too.
Good luck to you, I hope you all succeed with this.
