Also, instead of that horrid black line in his pants, have a dark grey. That line should be a darker colour the pants, not black.

Look at the difference between your sprite and the base. The Doctor looks like he's a hunchback, it also looks like his arm is going to fall off. And shoes shouldn't blend in with pants, just make them darker.
