Is that a template? If so, template army thread, if not - good work, I like the colours. However, maybe try using a different background colour?
The first row was scratch, with the next four rows being copied from the first and the weapons exchanged. I don't know if it counts as a template army or not.

Looking good, but it has very little depth. Looks like a cardboard cutout, just sitting there.
Maybe give it a tad of shading?
