Well, not exactly. We went on a date. And she wanted to go on a second date, she kept asking me, but I kept telling her I had to reschedule every time, but I really did have to reschedule because something came up each of the several times that she asked me. I wasn't just saying that because I didn't want to go out with her. I think I might have given her the wrong idea. It must look really bad on my part turning her down every time, asking if we can reschedule.

You seem extremely clingy and come off as very needy too, might want to do something about that, I know if I was her, I probably wouldn't want to come back to a facebook filled with messages from some desperate needy guy.
I really was looking forward to our second date, I wish I could have made it, and she asked me a few times over the course of several weeks and was really excited about it and kept talking about wanting to go on a second date.

If something happened to her, I don't think there's much you can do, and if nothing happened to her and she's just not talking back to you, then she likely has her reason and you should probably leave her alone.
Alternatively, just wait things out and stop caring so much, it will save you alot of emotional problems and stuff in the future.
