• What's the worst you've seen someone rage at a game?

I feel like MOBAS bring the worst in people because of how the matchmaking and locking in a game works. There is a lot of random factor when it comes to the game; you could have a bad team or 1 bad teammate, you could be going up against a team of major trolls/tryhards, you could have chosen a character that gets counterpicked so you are locked in with a bad matchup, you could have a bad server thats laggy, it could be a new patch introducing a new meta people haven't learned yet, there is sooooo much not in your control that its almost a gamble if you have a good game or not. Sure something like Halo matchmaking carries similar qualms but for the most part the maps and meta stays the same, the matches are way shorter, you have a better opportunity to carry your team in kills to win, and the que times were really short even for higher skilled players. So losing in halo wasn't the end of the world whereas people in MOBAS lose their shit and complain about how much of their "precious" time they wasted in a match. Because matches are so long and have a surrender element to it, it becomes an argue fest of "nah man we are too far behind (if the other team is 1 kill ahead) we might as well surrender". So what ends up happening is one person gives up while the others try OR people want to give up a game that there really is no hope in winning but 1 person doesn't want to, thus getting stuck in waiting for it to end. If you aren't winning you aren't progressing, so it adds even more sand into people's vaginas when they lose. Maybe I enjoy playing online games more casually with friends nowadays, I used to play more competitively when I was younger. But to me I rather play a character or class I enjoy or have fun with rather than go tryhard character, and when it comes to MOBAs the mentality of 'you're not having fun unless you win' is a major turnoff. Maybe when I was younger I used games as a challenge because I was bored in school, so I used it as an opportunity to get better at a skill. Now that I'm older and have bigger shit to worry about now I play games to relax and enjoy. It's more fun to just hop in a match, do some stuff, and peace out getting my fill. I only get mad at games when there is a lack of clarity on what to do, I just get frustrated, call the developers idiots, and either solve the problem or play something else if it's really bothering me.
One time, I got so mad at TF2 that my mom poured dish soap down my throat. My throat burned for the whole day and the next, and anything I ate tasted like shit. I nearly vomited a few times. It was a pretty fucked up reaction, even if I was being a little shit.
Get your mom institutionalized

I don't remember what episodes had the worst rage, but this one had my favorite quote from the time. [sp]MOVE FASTER POKEY![/sp]

The only time I can remember getting angry over a game outside of being a kid and throwing controllers was this year. I was playing dota 2 and my friend and I were the only ones on the team actually trying, I got mad because I was playing solo mid and was doing incredible, but my teamates just sitting around doing nothing to attack or defend made me so angry that as soon as the game was over I just left and hung up on my friend. I didn't want to yell at him because he did nothing wrong.
