Canines in general are very emotional, more so than any other creature, I think. Wolves are no exception.[/QUOTE]
[sp]like when the omega was killed and everyone in the pack was depressed for a while[/sp], goes to show how pronounced their emotions and bonds are
I so want to go to a wolf park and pet some wolves.
Wolves are so cool man.
For some reason, I was really, really happy when [sp]Qamatz chose Shimukh to be his mate. Seeing her grow from the timid little pup to the Alpha Female was awesome.[/sp]
In a way, I feel sorry for Jim and Jamie. They had such an amazing life living with the wolfs, becoming family with them. I don't know how they could leave such a life behind.
This has opened my eyes a bit. I always thought that dogs just sort of put up with us because we fed them and gave them shelter and shit. I guess there's more to it then I thought.

Yeah dogs are complex and individualistic, but love to please and many of them are only happy if they have an owner, and a job.
I just watched this a few days ago. It was fucking great.
Oh my goodness, I was looking for this documentary just recently but had no clue what it was called. Thank you so much OP! :D
Wolves are awesome, this documentary is amazing.
I went to a wildlife park last year and there were these 2 wolves. i stuck my hand through the fence and gave them each a cookie when nobody was around. (you are given biscuits to feed the horses that are at the farm at the end of the trail)
they were friendly and playful as hell. putting their sides up to the fence so i could scratch their bellies, licking my hand. great experience
