I'm sure with microsoft's purchase of minecaft, they don't have to worry about making income or not from a new OS
MCC was already out before that image was made.
windows 10 isn't out either which means it's still possible
windows 10 isn't out either which means it's still possible
You're misunderstanding my point. The artist said he drew everything he's looking forward to, that he knows is coming this year. MCC is already out. But yet, there it is, with Windows 10. He's pretty much saying it's coming and he's looking forward to it on PC.
I hope they mod it so that the player limit is much higher. Halo having such fluid infantry-to-vehicle interaction and controls but only being limited to 16 players always irked me. With all the vehicle types the game just screams for Battlefield scale matches. Even though it's not in this I can't help but imagine invasion with 32 elites and 32 spartans in a huge battle. That would be so fucking dope.
Especially with how big some of the maps are. For example Sidewinder on Halo: CE would be better with 16 players, on each side.
I googled Halo Online but all I got were news articles posting the same damn video What is Halo Online? How is it better than Halo:CE? Why is it called Halo Online if someone has to mod it just to make it multiplayer?

It wasn't released yet, but some dev accidentally left the entire game's pre-release files on their website and people extracted it and started modifying it, finding various Halo 3 MCC assets and even Halo 3 menus in there that they use to boot up the multiplayer matches. Essentially, this bypasses the game not being out yet as well as the need for Halo Online's servers to be up.
I really hope Microsoft just caves in and releases this in America. Hell, take out all the F2P crap and put it on Steam for 15 bucks. They'll make tons.

either microsoft sees how desperately we want halo for pc, and gives us one. or, they act like we're criminals and never give us shit.
either microsoft sees how desperately we want halo for pc, and gives us one. or, they act like we're criminals and never give us shit.
Most likely the latter.
they could even leave the microtransactions in oh that reminds me, what are the microtransactions like in this game?
No one knows for sure entirely, seeing as it's not out yet and all, but from what people have gleamed it'd be shit like different gun variants to equip to your loadouts, purchasable for temporary time ala rentals and short at that. Real money could probably make longer or permanent purchases. Gun variants would include things like golden versions, and they have different stats with one Magnum variant seen in a trailer rising above all others by far. Presumably, armor parts would also include stats, and there's different perks and shit too. But with the progress so far by hackers, one can't really change their armor or loadout, nor access the shop, so.. yeah.
Microsoft dangled a carrot in front of the rabbit and got pissed when it got eaten. They've been well aware that the PC community is desperate for Halo. At this point, the only way to stop the modders is to release MCC. Its now a matter of them making some money or no money at all. Long story short, we won

In the end, Microsoft has every legal right to come in and shut this down, and can do so at any moment. It would be the most open-and-shut case, considering how many illegal things the modders are doing.

Once when this was announced, and a second time when they commented on the C&Ds Also, the game has a fucking english language localization. 100% complete. Nothing is ambiguous here.

Arguably, this entire emulation project has secured Halo's future on PC and has significantly increased the chances of Master Chief Collection coming to PC. Go look on Neogaf and you will see people looking forward to the arrests of the individuals involved in the reverse engineering of Halo:Online for "theft" My entire argument is A.) Russian guy plays Halo Online, doesn't pay a cent for microtransactions/unlocks B.) American guy plays Halo Online, plays the modded version patched for English language without microtransactions in the build Is it really any different? Microsoft has the opportunity to make a huge amount of money by releasing Master Chief Collection while pushing Windows as "the gaming platform of choice for PCs". If they don't, they'll make nothing off us.
Thing is, most players would not want the Master Chief Collection. They'd want the games as how they should be, separate. MCC is just a thrown together, half assed game collection. And frankly there's no reason for it to be like that. Things like this have been done before (Metroid Prime Trilogy, Kirby's Dream Collection) and done wondefully well. So no, I do not want the Master Chief Collection. But I do want Halo 3/ODST, Reach, and Halo 4.
Honestly I'd like H2A MP on the PC.
Go look on Neogaf and you will see people looking forward to the arrests of the individuals involved in the reverse engineering of Halo:Online for "theft"
Honestly, it shouldn't be surprising considering it's Neogaf.
So no, I do not want the Master Chief Collection. But I do want Halo 3/ODST, Reach, and Halo 4.
Why the fuck would you want Halo 4? It's story is mediocre and the multiplayer is terrible.
Honestly I'd like H2A MP on the PC.
I'd be fine if Microsoft just took Halo 2 Vista and put it on Steam.
Why the fuck would you want Halo 4? It's story is mediocre and the multiplayer is terrible.
Halo 4 is not a bad game. Not even close.
Why the fuck would you want Halo 4? It's story is mediocre and the multiplayer is terrible.
Halo 4 is a bad Halo game. But Halo 4 is far from a bad game.
Why the fuck would you want Halo 4? It's story is mediocre and the multiplayer is terrible.
I dunno maybe becayse people enjoy it??
Halo 4 is a bad Halo game. But Halo 4 is far from a bad game.
If Halo 4 had dropped perks and had the thruster pack, it would have been really special. Of course, I say the same thing about Reach.
Should have chucked the video onto liveleak or something
