Do you happen to be living in Arizona?
Same thing happened here.
I'm Near Luke Air force Base
Fuck, I wish exciting shit like this happened in my city.
Good job on the pilot's part, could've ended worse.
So you're saying one of the few B-2 Spirits(Pretty sure that is one) crashed down your road? If you're not bullshitting that's pretty awesome.
Oh and this is england we're speaking about, pretty sure we don't have those here.
How do you know it wasn't an alien spaceship disguised as a plane
Highly unlikely, but I'll be pissed if it was a prototype for one of these:

It was a B-2 for sure. Stealth bombers are able to fly using non-conventional airframe designs due to extensive fly-by-wire upgrades. These days with modern computer adjustments and high performance jet engines (ramjets, scramjets soon) we don't need to make inherently stable aircraft. Most modern military jets are designed to be dependent on fly-by-wire (stealth bombers especially) and when engines fail or avionics die quite a few of them are no longer flyable. These incidents doesn't happen often but it is very possible.
I saw one of these flying low over the country near Patterson AFB, it was awesome.

Did you get 10 kills?

Hi.
This
it was a weather balloon
No way it was a B-2. B-2's are huge and unless the "road" was a 6 lane highway it wouldn't be able to land on it. Plus, there are no B-2's operating in that area. It wasn't an F-117 ether because we discontinued those a few years ago. Check if there were any airshows in the area. There might be a B-2 or F-117 in an airshow. Still, B-2's don't crash very often, and every time they have they've made national news.
It wasn't a B-2.
I agree with all the people saying it's not a B-2, I'm just using that as a visual description, because it looked EXACTLY like one.
As a member of the US Air Force I'm going to have to say it was nothing. This thread should be locked and closed immediately to prevent further rumors.
(But really I hope noone was hurt, I'll see if I hear anything about it in some air force news)
The invasion
IT BEGINS
Its not funny, but interesting enough, earlier this week, there was a plane crash in the city where I live, but it has nothing to do with military craft. However, the timing is a little to coincidental. Of course, the news seems to rather report on planes, not military air. I can't help but wonder if the private plane was a jumble one, or even military testing gone wrong, it has happened before, and if someone was smoking it up, if would of caused explosions when it crashed into the commercial building, with all the fuel that leaked out all over the place.
You never saw anything
You never even went out for a walk that day
The russians are doing nothing, stop shouting
Hardcore you say? I have seen this collision from less than 50m.

Airshows are deadly awesome.
How old are you?
I doubt I can be counted as a proper "Witness" since I wasn't really near where it landed/crashed.
And I live in the Northamptonshire Area.
You saw the plane go down, saw it smoking, that's valuable information to the folk who will be trying to piece together what happened before the crash.
After all a plane like a B-2 Spirit doesn't crash from technical issues often and they'll need to know what happened to make sure it doesnt happen again.
Now go and tell them :colbert:
Well if it wasnt a B2 then it could have been the F-117 stealth fighter or "Nighthawk" its basically a small version of the B2 designed as a fighter plane.
Whatever it was.... ITS HERE
If it was a stealth bomber, how did you see it?
I'm on to you.
Why didn't you go to the crash site, op?

There is so much bad information here, I don't know where to start...
i was the plane in OP and this is false
(User was banned for this post ("Trolling" - verynicelady))
Unless this was edited, how is this trolling?
Also, is there any official source on this?
I once saw a plane fly over our house at less than 50 meters height. Nothing strange with that, just that some minutes later it flew there again, just in the other direction.
Why by god would it turn?
Gonment' be up to no good.
And no, it wasn't a UFO, don't be thick.
Update: The police have been knocking on people's doors and apparently a plane crash landed onto a stretch of road in front of the local Tesco, and they're telling people not to worry. =/
HL1 Grunt:"Government Coverups weren't in my job description"
but that looks scary
This isn't even making Northamptonshire news. I want a source. :colbert:
Also It could have been a Eurofighter. Far more likely to be in the OP's area. Maybe the delta wing made it look like a stealth aircraft from a distance.

Though I've never seen a black one.
edit: the RAF does have black Eurofighters.
