Happened to me during my first acid trip as well. I was laying in my bed slowly flailing my arms around because my brain felt like it was having a lobotomy. This lasted about half an hour before I moved into total bliss.

I'm sure it's possible for anyone to quit anything on their own. However, it is much easier with medical help. If you want to do it on your own, I'd still suggest having company around (company that does not indulge in drug use [outside marijuana]), just to keep you on the straight and narrow for a while.

After close examination following a 5 week one-dub-a-week regiment, it has become clear to me that I cannot, under any circumstance, stretch a dub to last more then 3-4 days max.

Update on the friends getting jacked: they got the iphone back, but the $150 in bud and the scale are gone.
also i picked up some Nat Sherman New York Cut Red box cigarettes at the tobacco shop by a recommendation, they're 13c cheaper than my Kamel reds, kinda taste like them and they burn as long as Spirits, i'd definitely recommend them for people wanting a longer smoke!
Don't pack them though, it will make them DAMN hard to puff, leave them unpacked.
