It's annoying how hypocritical people can be, they're so "pro-drug" and shit and want to legalize weed and everything, then the Opiates come up, it's just silly how taboo they are, for no reason other than they make you feel the best out of all drugs. I just find it hypocritical is all, and that's dumb.

It's not silly, opiates are a dangerous drug and should be treated as such. Detoxing sucks, addiction is probable, inexperienced users have no control over a tolerable dose, and there's always a possibility of overdose. Most of these drugs are legal, mind you. If you ask me, doctors shouldn't be allowed to prescribe these drugs, especially to minors. That being said, legality wouldn't really dictate my opiate use. They're great drugs for pain relief and relaxation. Are you saying stimulant users aren't susceptible to being shunned?
