So I have MEGA-ADD and the doc is starting me with 10mg of adderal xr, may get a higher dose if it dont work. How is that stuff gunna feel?

Well I took concerta for a few months, it really wasn't "awesome". It was boring honestly. Made me pay better attention in school/work but I found I couldn't drink coffee or even smoke without getting mad-jitters. It's a stimulant aimed at giving your mind and body stimulation where it was lacking any, i.e. bouncing legs, inability to stay focused. Your mind is just looking for outlets but that comes off as "adhd". So the drug will just give you that stimulation so you can do normal shit without being as hyper as usual.
But don't take my word for it, Mac knows everything about drugs and I'm stupid

weed and adderall is a great combo, XR is my favorite adderall.. 10mg isnt much, parachute 20-30, or crush ~20 up and snort it.
Or take it as prescribed, if that's why you actually got it.

nono I didn't abuse it, I was prescribed it. From what I read, buddy is being prescribed adderal which is in the same group of drugs, I was just describing what that shit did for/to me

i dont see how that would be a loop hole for dealing. You are still supplying the machine which dispenses to the customer, in which they put money in that you collect. Its still pretty clever though. $20 a gram, jesus.
