Well no, the first time I ever had an anxiety attack was when I got too high and tried to take a shower an hour before class (funny in retrospect), from then on I started getting them if it was unchill. But now I think it's somewhat easy driving now, I got mad high when I broke a year or so t break just a week or so ago, I felt like I was getting kinda anxious and I just let it be and it faded. But I don't know if anxiety would be easy to control while on something else.
Got about 150 mg of DXM in me, not alot for it's all I had. Should make being sober more... not sober.
Anxiety is like a bomb planted inside your head that you have to carefully defuse before it blows and you go crazy
