It gets me pretty ripped sometimes but it would also depend on your tolerance. Don't expect a great taste, it's really only a last resort when your dry.

Didn't taste that bad to me, but good fuck is that strong. Didn't feel much at first but like 5 minutes later, WHAM I'm suddenly fucking high in the middle of my Blue Oyster Cult.

Smoking pure resin can get you very very high, it depends on how good the weed is though (Obviously, but the better the weed, the much better the resin). Thats why some grinders have the compartment for collecting the resin at the bottom.
